We had been researching pool companies for a couple months and we were extremely impressed with Blue Water Pools. Their system with ionization is what sold us after reading about the process. This is a much healthier way to keep your pool clean without having to use all the chemicals that traditional pools require. There was quit a wait before they could come out and install, so make sure you sign up as soon as possible, preferably in the winter months so hopefully it can be installed right at the beginning of swimming season.
By the time ours was set up, it was the end of summer. But we were still able to enjoy the pool for a few weeks before it was time to close it up for the winter. So we are super excited to open it back up and be able to enjoy it ALL summer long. Thanks Blue Water Pools!

Blue Water has installed my new cover and taken care of closing my pool for the last three years. Recently Suzanne helped me rebuild my 20+ yr old multi-port valve. It's working good as new now. I have taken water samples to them over the years and received solid advice. They are always very helpful and full of great advice. I never feel like I'm scolded for doing something wrong because I do a lot of my repairs and maintenance myself. These are good folks. Thank you for servicing Carthage!

We have had great success with blue water. We were having an issue with a leaking pump, they came out and diagnosed it very quickly - identified and corrected some things that we were going to be issues in the future. We took a water sample to them and they provided everything needed to get our water crystal clear. Always friendly and punctual to their appointments (we've found this is a rarity).

I haven't been able to use my pool for a month now due to the pool installer not keeping appointments. Last summer our pool was installed, there were screws left under the liner that you could feel when you were in the pool and it was uneven. This summer we decided to have the liner replaced and the installer that came out said it was installed all wrong and redid it for us.
It took him 2 weeks to actually get started because he kept making appts with us and never showing up. Then when he did get started, one side of the liner fell (after we filled it back up costing us a huge water bill). He made several appts with us again to come fix it and never showed up. We finally got him to show up after calling the head installer, Joe, to complain.
The installer came back out and fixed the liner just to have another spot fall down... after it started filling back up (costing us another water bill). We have close to $10,000 invested in this pool and haven't been able to use it for a month, and we have no idea when he's coming back to fix it.
