What kind of company has their first response if you don't want to spend 79k to 200k plus then don't bother? I explained my yard isn't even close to being big enough to fix a 79k pool that even Keith Zars quoted 65k max. Their response. If the pool is less than $79,000 as mentioned no ma'am we've been in business for over 30 years and focus our expertise in custom designs

We are first time pool owners and know almost nothing about building, care, cleaning and the process. Mr. Sanchez has been coming weekly for regular upkeep with the construction, everything has been going great! They often clearly described what they are doing, and they've explained how our system works. Mr. Sanchez team have been so very kind and professional. It's all matter of communication and being understanding to keep the process going smooth. Thank you all again.

Sales person, very nice. After that. everything was don't contact me, contact the owner. Now the owner was the rudest, nonprofessional, he thinks customers will wait, until he get to your project. Even though months went by, and still no show, not even a dig on ground. So yes I fired. Him and got myself another company, who's on the 3rd day they got started. .
By the way till this point the owner does not want to give us back our big down payment we gave the sales person. what a shameless person. So please don't even look at SANCHEZ'S Pool website. Just go to another company. I would hate for this company to do this to other families who work so hard for there money. We r going to do our best to get our money back! GOD WILLING

Just.move.on. The salesman seemed very knowledgeable and was very friendly. We felt good about signing the contract even though their quote was more than the next best quote. We were told 8-10 weeks build time and we would have our pool. We were also told that we could choose any Mosaic tiles in the book they gave us and they would install it for us. 13 weeks later, we still have no pool.
Not even close, and the builder said that his salesman was wrong about what he told me regarding the mosaic tiles, so he's charging me extra for the installation of the tiles. I almost never write reviews. For me to write a review, the service either has to be really really good, or really really bad. If I would have known 13 weeks ago what I know today, we would have used another builder. Don't waste your time and money with something this expensive. Go with a better pool builder.

Sanchez pools was recommended by two other pool owners. They did not disappoint. Tony was great with the design process and was easy to communicate with. He worked with us on what we desired as well as our budget. Eddie and crews were also great in every aspect. They were on time, responded quickly with any questions, and kept project on the timeline. Jerry worked efficiently and in uncomfortable weather conditions to keep things on track. Very pleased overall. Highly recommend Sanchez Pools.

Awesome company to deal with!!!! The service before and after the sale has been the best I have ever received, I wish I could figure out how to upload pictures of my pool to show people, it is way better than I imagined and Eddie’s knowledge of the pool industry helped my wife and I design a pool that we never thought we could afford. I highly recommend Sanchez pools to all my friends.

The decision to build a pool was not one our family took lightly. We met with multiple contractors and obtained numerous bids. Sanchez pools did not pressure us to make a quick decision nor did they try to sell us anything we did not want or need. The process from design to financing was easy and stress free! We were provided with a timeline of when each element of our pool would be completed and everyday rain or shine, the workers showed up on time and ready to put in a full days work.
The owners always made it a point to answer our questions and addres our concerns as new pool owners. Our pool was finished ahead of schedule and well beyond our expectations! Going with Sanchez pools was the best decision for our family!

From the first meeting with Tony, the sales rep, to the programing of the equipment, Sanchez Pools delivered in the HIGHEST way! They listened to our wants and it showed in the design. Just a couple changes, we actually made it larger, and the project got started. Weather can be a real factor, but they had a plan and stuck to it! It was finished EXACTLY on time! Eddy Sanchez Sr. was awesome to work with.
Him and his son Eddy jr. have built enough pools over the years that they have the insite necessary to envision a beautiful pool while looking at rough area canvas. Their men worked hard and were very respectful. Any time we had questions or concerns we called and they were handled right away! I actually use the design drawing as my screen saver. We interviewed several pool builders prior to the build, and I must say that we made the best choice by choosing Sanchez Pools! Price, quality, performance, and follow-up. Can't be beat! Eddie and the crew did a great job. We had some very specific request on things we wanted (3 beer stools), depths and beach landing and Eddie and the crew nailed it. It's exactly the way we wanted it.
Craftsmanship is excellent. We've had the pool for 3 years and haven't had any plumbing issues. The pool light went on the blink, but Eddie had some one right out to replace it.
Whenever we have questions about the equipment or general pool maintenance, Eddie is right there with a text or a phone call. He's even come out a time or 2 just to alleviate since trepidation about an issue (non issue)
