28 years in business, still making people satisfied with great work. Converting Chlorine tablet pools to Salt systems. I have enjoyed the salt pool myself since the day I switched in 1994. I have yet to see something better come along. Water is soft, clean, no chlorine irritation from the old method of chlorine tablets.

Bought a house with pool 2 years ago. Plaster was pitted and on need of repair. Sellers had it painted to hide the plasters wear right before we closed. It looked great, but we knew what was underneath. Paint had finally worn off, back to crappy plaster that was eroding away. I got 4 estimates. A couple cheapies I wasn't sure if I should trust and 2 known company's.

I went with Natural because Mike was pretty blunt about the situation. Could tell there was experience behind his talk and the company would stand behind the job. We went with Tile and converted to salt water. I highly recommend doing both, Mikes explanation of it all makes it pretty clear to see that's the way to go. Choosing color was hardest part, but I was able to go see some of his past pools in person.its been a month, all is great!

I was going to go cheaper route and re-plaster, but it really didn't save that much, and longevity comparison just doesn't make sense. Super happy! If your meeting with Mike and getting an estimate, I'll show you my pool anytime! And don't wait, if you need to get it done eventually, just do it now, won't regret it!

I have used them for a home I manage for the past 2 years. They always go on time, don't need to be supervised and report any issues that they have concerns about. They go once a week and do a great job and send me a report via email that shows my water readings and also send me a photo. I would recommend them to other owners. They have always been fast on anythings that needs repaired. They are responsive to text and emails.

I recently moved into a new house and the pool had some issues that I didn't understand. I called the property manager and he hooked me up with Curtis from Natural Salt Pools. We spoke on the phone for a while about how the equipment was supposed to be operating and what was happening and he was very gracious to walk me through the entire pool operation on the phone. Also, he sent Michael the technician out to look things over and he spotted some things that were wrong and was going to alert the property manager that these things needed to be fixed for me to enjoy the pool.

The next day, Michael came and made all the repairs and since then, Curtis and Michael have been outstanding making sure I am satisfied with everything that was repaired and my overall satisfaction with the pool is good. They have went above and beyond making this a great rental experience for me and if I move to a new place with a pool, I will use them for sure. I highly recommend them for pool work and regular service!!

I called Curtis at Natural Salt Pools and got a response/quote within the hour. Michael the technician followed up a scheduled appointment and repaired the pipes, stopped the leak, got the acid feeder back online and reset the system to run smoothly. Michael was friendly, courteous, professional and explained everything to me so that I could understand what he was repairing. I was so impressed with his work, and with Curtis' prompt reply/quote for service that I've decided to switch my weekly pool service over to Natural Salt Pools.

Our ancient pool pump failed. I called Curtis and he guided our pump selection and worked with our home warranty plan. Michael came out and installed it after it arrived. Service was prompt, courteous and efficient. What really impressed me was months later, while we were selling the same house, the buyers' home inspector remarked that a ground wire was required.

After speaking with Curtis, he let me know that the ground wire was internal and as such the inspector likely missed it. Although it was redundant and not required, Curtis still scheduled Michael to come out and install an external ground wire. Within 24hrs the ground was taken care of and that inspection item could be checked off!

I called with a broken return line leak problem. Water was bubbling up through the grass like a freshwater spring. Curtis was very professional and courteous, and said he would send one of his associates to come by and take a look. (Same Day!) Michael stopped by an hour earlier than was estimated and had it repaired in less than an hour.

I have been using Natural Salt Pools to service my pool ever since I switched my pool to salt 15 years ago. Natural Salt Pools was the first company in Hawaii installing salt systems and is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy and one of a very few licensed contractors. Since then, as well as servicing my pool and keeping my equipment running, I have had NSP build a hot tub, re-tile my pool, and redo my pool deck.

Sure there were hiccups but everything that Curtis oversees is top quality, and then some. The tech, Michael, is extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond if you need something repaired. I am very discerning, and it's a relief to know that my pool is something that I don't have to think twice about, I can just enjoy it!

I've been using Natural Salt Pools for year's. There hasn't been a problem that they haven't been able to fix yet! They are reasonably priced, knowledgeable & easy to work with. Curtis and Mike know their stuff!!

I have had Natural Salt Pools do installation, repair, and maintenance work on my pools for many years, and I highly recommend them. The work is top notch and the prices are fair. I have hired them to repair poor work by others in a couple of instances and was very satisfied with that work also.

Natural Salt Pools (Curtis, Owner) is the real deal, super knowledgable and customer service oriented. I was referred from a friend and Curtis helped me with tips over the phone to try first. He even said to call him at night when I got home from work to try tips. If tips failed, he said he could get a guy out next day. I would highly recommend and will be using them next time.

We love our salt pool and spa. Curtis helped us remodel our older pool and add a spa that looks and functions just as we wished. He is a hands on owner with many years of experience. We now have a grandkid "magnet" that is attractive and functional.

Good service. Michael and Curtis helped diagnose a problem with a natural gas heater that made a screaming noise when in use. Turned out to be an improper valve among other things. They replaced a worn out spa pump and got my spa back on line. Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.
