Summerizing and winterizing your pool is a necessary part of owning a swimming pool and it must be done properly to ensure safety and prevent costly repairs. Having a professional summerize and winterize your pool is the best way to ensure that everything is done in the correct way. Once your pool is opened for the season, it requires a lot of maintenance, a big part of which is maintaining the proper water chemistry. We provide summer maintenance packages at two levels, weekly and bi-monthly, to either aid you in your maintenance for the season, or take care of it completely. Another part of owning a pool is the equipment- your filter, pumps, heater etc. These pieces of equipment require maintenance and care that our staff is trained to provide. Additional services available at summerization include removing safety cover (pool cleaning included) and storing cover on customers property, set up of salt system, setup of caretaker, setup of attached spa, setup of any extra filter system, acid wash pool. Additional services available at winterization include installing safety cover, winterizing extra equipment and/or spa, vacuuming pool of debris, chlorinator winterization, caretaker winterization, undercover or eyebolt safety cover installation.
Sign up for multiple services and save! With three different clubs to choose from combining opening, closing, and optional maintenance, there is one for everyone. Earn a 10% discount for yourself and anyone you refer to Improved Pool Service! Referred customer must sign up for an opening or closing, and a 10% discount will be applied to its labor.
This is the first time I've had weekly service for my pool. The water is always crystal clear, skimmers & walls are clean and the chemicals are balanced. We used Improved Pool Services for the first time this season and have loved them. Mark, Kayleigh and their team are professional and respectful. They return all phones calls and e-mail promptly and show up when they ay they are going to. Our pool has never looked better. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Improved Services opened our 40-year-old pool for the first time this summer. In the past, the pool had been plagued with green sides and cloudy water. Mark came out and made a few repairs at the start of the season and kept the pool running beautifully until the closing this past week. I appreciated the weekly note with the chemical readings and the knowledge that they will be checking on the pool out of season. Kayleigh takes care of customer service and is easy to reach.

Mark and Kayleigh were very nasty. After using them for 6 years they just decided that did not want to do the job anymore. They have asked me to change a switch for the pump which I did. They were too lazy to realize that the off/on switch to the electrical was just there. I confirmed everything with my handyman and he told me that the electrical on/off switch was the same that was used for the vacuum. They were very nasty and I am sure that they OVER charged me.

I called Improved Pool Service when I suspected a leak in one of my return lines. Having maintained my pool completely by myself for 7+ years, I was not sure what to expect. They arrived promptly, and immediately began logically working through the problem until they isolated the leak to the Polaris return line. They spent the next few hour digging out access to a very difficult to locate leak, and making the repair UNDER MY CONCRETE DECK, without removing any of the concrete.
They cleaned up as they progressed and were always very professional and courteous. I really liked their attention to detail. Price was very extremely fair.
Needless to say, I would not hesitate to call them if I encounter a problem beyond my ability to fix. They may have even unknowingly convinced me to have them perform my opening and closing. Great Company. Great People. Very Reasonable Pricing.

I was unable to be present during the repair but they made sure my brother was well aware of the service performed and in addition make the initiative to discuss with me the pool and potential concerns.
