There's no one that I would trust the more in the Terre Haute area for pool service. Jon and his team take the time to make sure that your work is done right. My experience with them has proven that they will absolutely do what they say that they will do. It's a great family owned business!

I have used Wright's several times for home (above ground pool) and work (in-ground pool). Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable about every aspect. They helped us with painting information, sand filters, pumps, repairs, general supplies. If they don't have it in stock it usually arrives within a few days. Great company! We needed a new liner installed in an existing above ground that Wrights Pool Service had not sold or installed. They came out and did a beautiful job at a fair price. Service: General repairs & maintenance

John done just what he said he would do. Very Happy with our pool.

Not professional at all. Took over 2 months to even get the pool up and running. and nothing but problems since! They did not put the right pump on it, it is too small. The sand wasn't level, the liner had already tore. The water was green within a month. Absolutely horrendous experience. And they will not refund or fix anything. I contacted the better business bureau twice.

Now we're are out almost 10 grand and have not been able to enjoy this pool at all. And now have a huge pool that is unswimable. I would never recommend this business to anyone

Called them to install a pool in 2020. Quoted us a price and we scheduled our appointment to have them come. Never showed up on any of the days they said. Always "texted" dates or said they were behind and pushed us out another week or 2. Dealt with this all of the summer. Never got our pool up. Ended up doing it ourselves in late August. Fast forward to 2021 we needed a new filter quickly. Ours cracked. Called around and Wrights didn't answer when I called but texted me back. Said they had filters in stock.

They wanted pictures of our pump so I sent them. Told us it would be cheaper to replace a part instead of the entire system. Still currently waiting on any response from them. Now our pool has sat for 2 days with no filter or pump. Completely ghosted on any service or products from them. Will never use or contact them again.

I have used both Sparkle Pools and Wright's Pool Service. The former is a large operation and generally fast to respond. Wright's Pool Service just started a few years ago, so I have had to wait longer, but the cost was lower and the quality of the work just as good. I have always been billed by Wright's Pool service; I've never been asked to pay until after service. I can only speak to my experience. It's been fine.

Very poor service takes deposit. $5,000.00 takes months months to complete job never returns phone call , late opening pool for this summer 2018 , I can't recommend this company stay away! Save yourself from the stress. This is a company I had discovered too late is really what he says can do. Heard this from many the the locals.

Beware of this company. Had a start date of May 15th 2018 Took perfectly functional pool down for them to install new pool. No show, no calls, no texts. Seems like this company has a track record of not following through. Thankful I'm only out my existing pool and not a lot of money. I'd look some place else for an installer. If you want to fine a good one call a water hauler they'll know the best ones.

Zero stars for not completing my pool. Zero stars for not getting pool done 9 months after start with a signed contract stating 2 weeks completion time. Zero stars for huge wrinkles in pool liner on my steps. Zero stars for unbonded equipment. Zero stars for zero communication. Please do not use this company for your pool. You will be disappointed and it will cost u money. Started in Sept and still isn't done.

Yard is still torn up no grass. I have no idea how to get my pool up and running and had no advise or startup chemicals to get it going. I have the cheapest equipment on the market and it wasn't even bonded. Crooked plumbing and crooked pool cover box. Pool cover already came off track and had to be repaired by another company for 700 dollars.

I never even got return eyelets. Electrical had to be redone for sloppy work at a cost of 1000 by an awesome company Jorgenson Electric. Pool slide started to come apart because all the bolts were loose. Luckily I got them tightened before kids got hurt. At least two of the pool slide bolts holding it to the ground are loose and unable to tighten.

My pool cover doesn't sit flush and causes a huge trip hazard and could cut my kids feet because it is aluminum. His fix was to remove half of the support brackets so not it's not safe at all and this is because of an un plum box. This automatic cover is over 8000 dollars. I still don't have all of the parts to complete the cover. My pool light was leaking and leaked out over a 3rd of pool water.

This pipe is still loose and comes loose periodically and leaks hundreds of gallons very quickly. I don't have the parts needed to to mount the light correctly so it dangles by the wire in bottom of pool. First time he filled up the pool we had a huge rain and he had the drain line plugged up so my liner floated and and we had to reset and refill.

That required draining the pool. The huge wrinkles in the liner are his fault. I sent him pics of liner and he said fill it up more anyways. Said he could use a plunger to fix it. Lmao. 3 other companies says needs drained and possibly new liner to be perfect as it should be when spending 10s of thousands of dollars. I also paid him in cash not one check at all. I'm sure u can understand the implications there.

He even called me a prick because I demanded some answers. He also never gave me a pool vacuum or brush. We also wanted stained concrete but since he took months and months to get to concrete stage it got too cold to add the drain without the possibility of brittle concrete. So no stain for us. Keep in mind he is continuing to take deposits from other people and starting new pools while ours is in shambles.

I work 60 hours a week and don't have the time to work on a pool as well. I'm not a pool guy. Save your money. Use someone else. I will have to go to court to get any remedy at all. I've exhausted all options through text and calling. Don't make the same mistake I have.

We cannot get a response from the owner. Our pool is not even 3/4 way done and we can't even get him to call us to tell us when the concrete will be poured and when the finish date is. He actually told us to go out and talk to the concrete guys ourselves and figure it out. It has taken them 6 weeks and we don't even have concrete done, the pump installed, etc (all the things that follow that like diving board and hand rails).

They also damaged a couple of our trees in the process. We have paid all but $1000 per contract (final $1000 to be paid upon completion). So we are feeling very cheated at this time. Do not hire this business to install your pool.

We spoke with Mr Wright for over a year when deciding on our swimming pool project. He was polite and helped us along the way without pushing items onto us that we didn't want. He made sure that we understood what we were getting before the install started. I would recommend Wright's Pool Service to anyone looking to build a pool.

Opens and closes our pool annually with no problems. Whenever I'm in a bind or the pool gives me issues he helps me as soon as he can.

Great service and awesome response. They got our pool done in two days and the owner was here on a Sunday to make sure everything is running perfectly. Helped us cleaning the pool and showed us how to operated. The smile they left on my girls face was priceless. They have my loyalty for ever.
