Jim Went above and beyond to make sure that our new pool liner was in in time for a family wedding in our yard! He really treated us like family and got the job done. Critical: Responsiveness We had jim put in our pool 13 years ago and 7 years ago he replaced the liner. It's been great. Right now I have a couple of places where the vinyl is coming away from the pool. We have tried, and tried to get him to call us back. So far no go! Jim put our pool in this year. It was completed ahead of scheduled. Jim had a rough year with some back issues, and now covid, but he has always promptly returned my calls. He has come out to our pool multiple times to help us be sure we understand the operating and chemical processes. He is personable and friendly. The guys he has working for him are very friendly and do a great job.

They are hard workers and came and did small things whenever they could over the winter, so that we could be swimming this summer. His subcontractors for concrete and digging were great as well. We are very happy with our beautiful pool.

We can easily recommend Jim and Utah Vinyl Pools. They did a great job with our spa and pool build. They have been responsive with questions and have continued working with us in opening and closing the pool. They have provided a level of communication and responsiveness we wish other contractors had provided us in the creation of our yard.

Jim and his crew do an amazing job. We met Jim when he fixed another company's bad work. When it was time to replace the vinyl in our pool, we knew where to go. Jim kept in communication with us, had great advice for the color, talked to us about maintaining the longevity of the life of the vinyl and make sure we were happy. He is honest and fair and has great customer support. Utah Vinyl Pools is the only place you should look at for your pool!

If you're looking to have your pool liner replaced, this is NOT the company to call. I tried to get my liner replaced, for the second time, using Jim, he took a piece from the old liner, and got the manufacturer to agree to a 50% discount on a replacement, but Jim wouldn't order it unless I paid him to install it. After looking at the shoddy job they did on the first install, there was no way I was going to let him do another.

I ordered my own liner and installed it myself, saving over $3000, and my pool has never looked better. Don't pay this guy to replace your liner, do it yourself, it's not that hard. I'm 65, and with the help of one son, a son-in-law and a grandson, we were swimming in two days. And most of that time was waiting for the pool to fill. Plus, there are many YouTube videos on how to do it.

Jim is fantastic to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He has gone out of his way to make sure every time I call he returns my call even if its just to share information on something easy I can do or he jumps right on it to resolve any questions I have. Utah Pools did our original pool and then replaced our pool liner last summer. We got 10 years out of our original liner! Great company!

We decided to put in a pool as we were building our house. We interviewed a lot of companies and decided to go with Jim for his experience and quality. He was fast and easy to work with. He did exactly what he said he would. So much so that he built two of our friends pools as well. Very dependable! When Jim said he or his guys would be here they were. Finished our pool within a week of when he projected due to weather issues. We love our pool! Jet power in hot tub are less than what we were hoping for. Overall we are satisfied with the work and our pool is beautiful! This is our 3rd year of having it and Jim still calls to check up on us and make sure we don't have questions or problems. Thanks Jim!

I have had Jim from Utah pool put in two pool liners and he does not back up his work and I have called him several times to come back and look at how bad the workmanship was and he kept giving me flimsy excuses. Never came back. I would never ever use Jim at his Utah Pool company. I have had many other people tell me how bad he and his company is.

This summer we had a new vinyl pool installed by Utah Vinyl Pools. They did an amazing job at figuring out the best placement for our pool in a very tight and difficult yard. The crew worked around many trees and obstacles to create our dream backyard. I was very nervous about this project given that we have such limited access, as well as pets. The crew always let us know before heading back so that the dogs wouldn't escape or get hurt and always locked everything up before leaving. Jim was also very responsive to any questions we had along the way. I couldn't be happier with the end result!

Jim and his team are honest and very good at what they do....they built a fabulous pool many years ago. It still looks and works good...do not worry about follow up after the construction, they are great

JIm installed a vinyl liner for us 5 years ago and did a great job. He was referred to me by another pool company, They told me he was the best. If I ever have a question or concern about my pool he is only a pone call away. I not only got good service I got a personal consultant for my pool needs. Thanks Jim.

Jim and his team did a great job with our pool. He was quick to meet after our initial call. He gave us a completion date up front and was pretty close to meeting his expected time-frame even with a few unexpected snags. We had some issues with high ground water table that Jim and his team successfully addressed. After being open for a few months, one of the lights went out and Jim was prompt in warrantying it out and got it fixed. Being new to pools, Jim was good to help me to learn how to balance the chemicals and gave us tips to a maintain a healthy pool and hot-tub.

Utah Vinyl pools did an awesome job building and finishing my pool. They have also replaced my liner. Jim has always been great to work with. I would not even consider working with anyone else.
