When replacing your vinyl liner it is good to know what you are buying before you commit. Not every installer will give you a quote for the same liner quality and what is needed to correctly prepare your pool for the new liner. We use only the finest quality virgin vinyl combined with UV inhibitors, bleach-resistant inks and fungicides to give your liner the longest life possible. If you get frustrated with swimming pool vacuum hoses, and we all do, the Pool Blaster line of products is the answer to your prayers. This battery operated cleaner clips onto the end of your swimming pool pole and allows you to vacuum the dirt right into a bag. The mesh bag holds a lot of dirt and debris, usually allowing you to clean the pool several times before it needs cleaning. Rechargeable batteries and chargers are included with many models. We use the commercial version of this product for our commercial accounts.

I have been building and servicing swimming pools, splash pads, spas and hot tubs since 1979. I have done projects for Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, YMCA's, even worked on the Olympic Swimming Pool for the 1996 games in Atlanta. I have found many frustrated pool and spa owners here in Wilmington NC. There is a way to fix your pool or spa right!! Many times when I talk to pool / spa owners concerns come out that can be easily fixed. We can find your leak, fix your electrical problem, solve that cloudy water issue. Usually the solution is really simple. If you are buying a house with a pool or know someone who is about to... please call us. We do very thorough inspections with a complete, multiple page write-up. Remember this... your pool should not take more than an hour a week to maintain... and of course, we can provide that service as well.

I called them initially for a heater switch problem which they dealt in excellent manner, then shorty after the heater won't ignite, they said they check on it said they would replace the valve. almost a month have past, no response from them, I called them numerous time to see if the part was coming. no answer, left voicemails, no answer back, called every other week no answer

I called Wilmington Pools this morning and spoke to Chris. I thought that I had a dead pump and needed a new one. Chris was very professional. He took his time over the phone. He told me things to check as well as things I could do to remedy the problem. What a great guy! I called two other well known pool companies here in Wilmington prior to this one.
The others all said I needed a new pump and it would be $1300 to repair. The others were wrong! Chris was 100% correct and all I needed to do was change out a capacitor which he told me I could get at Grainger's here in town. So my repair cost was $13.40 instead of $1300! You rarely see honesty and integrity like this anymore. You can bet that Wilmington Pools has just earned a new life long customer as well as a referral base from me! Well done and thank you for your help!

If I could give zero stars for Wilmington Pools, I would. They don't know what they are doing. They did not install the required NSF certified pump equipment required for HOA, Commercial pools, so the Brunswick Health Department closed down our pool and spa for months until Wilm pools finally removed their equipment and reinstalled our original pumps.
We still have not received our refund (going on 2 years now) for the worthless equipment they took back and we are having to go to small claims court to try and get a response and reimbursed from Wilmington Pools. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Update, We won our case in Court on Oct 24th 2018 and Wilmington Pools still has not paid the judgement against them. Now I have to fill out more forms to a claim on their property.

I had a liner installed last month. There was an issue with shipping but I was kept aware the entire time. The guys that were installing the liner were super nice, as was Steve, which is the owner of the company. I shopped around for the most reasonable price to get the job done and they were the most reasonable to me. There were a couple of glitches in the process but they were taken care of.
I was told it would take about a day to get it completed. Although, they did have to come back the following day and the day after, it wasn't much of a problem because I knew of the "glitches" that came about. My pool is up and running and looks beautiful. They are now cleaning the pool twice a month and are doing a great job. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in future.

We used Wilmington Pools to install a fiberglass pool at our house on Oak Island - which turned out to be more difficult than expected. Steve and his team were creative and persistent in coming up with a solution for the installation. And now we have a fabulous pool. We continue to use them for service and maintenance for the pool. They continue to be responsive and diligent in providing great customer service - sometimes coming on weekends, holidays and even when Steve is on vacation.
Customer service is extremely important to us and we have been very pleased over the years working with Steve and his team. We would definitely recommend Wilmington Pools for not only installation, but service and maintenance.

Steve is knowledgeable and always ready to help. He has been a wonderful resource. We recently purchased a home with a pool. Neither of us have any experience with pools. Steve has walked us through the process for maintaining our pool and happy to answer any questions as they come up.
