I have never worked with a contractor that has been so accessible; from our initial conversation to the completion of the work; Harry either always picked up my calls or returned the missed ones promptly (within minutes). Throughout the entire process, he constantly kept me informed on current activities and explained the next steps in great details.

While I do not aspire to be a pool builder, I welcomed this knowledge transfer that helped me, not only appreciate the craftsmanship that went into this build but also, understand how to care for my new pool. HOW I DECIDED ON THE RIGHT CONTRACTOR Finding the right person to build my dream pool is like creating a great dish, you start out with a good recipe and quality ingredients. I did the usual research online and asked neighbors who had pool built or had work performed on their preexisting pools. I also obtained different proposals from several of the top rated companies.

As I had some preliminary work done on my backyard before the construction of the pool, such as burying the electrical cables, I took the opportunity to ask the professionals how they felt about the different pool companies. In conclusion, the combination of reviews and suggestions made the choice easy for me, Harry. PLANS AND CONSTRUCTION From the beginning Harry eloquently communicated the scope of the plans, from how the pool would look down to the timeline of the construction and the sequence of payments to me made as work progressed. There was no ambiguity. At one point I remember having a challenging time conceptualizing how it would all look in relationship to the yard. Harry immediately came over and to alleviate any concerns he sprayed painted the outline of the pool and its parts on the ground.

How great was that? I appreciated the action he took as well as the fact he went out of his way to assist me in securing the multiple permits required from the City of Coral Gables that were not directly related to the construction of the pool. I always felt I was not alone as I worked with the different officials thanks to his support. The actual construction began as promised and the construction teams that worked on the different parts of the pool, from excavation, plumbing, electrical and tiling were all exceptional.

All true professionals, friendly and all times adhering to the timeline Harry had proposed. I cannot say enough how great the construction of the pool went. OUTCOME Harry made a long time dream of mine become a reality and in so doing he exceeded my expectations. He always remained available to my multiple calls throughout the process of building the pool and even when he was with another client he would promise to call back and he always did!

Captain Harry's personal touch along with his pool designing knowledge and experience met all my expectations. Hi-Tech resurfaced my pool about 8 years ago. Harry made sure that the job was done to perfection. I have had no maintenance issues apart from scheduled maintenance tasks such as replacing the old parts and filters. Harry has been responsive, quick and fair with pricing. Hi-Tech Pools is a first-rate organization that I can vouch for. Two weeks ago during a lightening storm my filter and pool heater fried.

Within 3 days a high quality replacement pump and heater were ordered and installed. The pump requires very low maintenance and basically maintains itself most of the time. I had great advice from Harry. Harry addressed all of the questions and concerns that I had when I made my purchase. He even gave me a follow-up call a couple of weeks later to see how everything was going. I received such excellent care with Hi-Tech Pools and I will be telling everyone I know about the great service and handling I received.
