Wow! Professional, honest, and just what a new pool owner needs! Greg and Mason are making our first summer in our new home enjoyable and worry-free. I had a great experience with Advanced Pool Service. Our 2 pumps stopped working, so I made a call to Advanced Pool Service. I spoke to Greg who came out within 30 minutes of my call. We determined we needed both pumps replaced. The whole experience was pleasant. I was kept informed during the whole process, and any questions I had were were answered.

We found Advanced Pool Service in the phone book in February 2010 when our Polaris pump broke and air temperatures were in the low 30's, upper 20's. As we were stressing out about our system possibly freezing up before a repair could be made, Advanced Pool Service was the only company we called that answered their phone. Since then, Greg's commitment to service has been wonderful.

We are very pleased that we found Greg and Advanced Pool Service to help us with our pool. After just one phone call, Greg was out the next day and helped us solve all of the issues with our pool. After letting go of our previous pool company (who caused most of the issues), we quickly hired Greg to fix the problems and continue to do weekly service for our pool.
