All the people at Butler pools - in the office, the many construction workers, Mr. Butler and his sons - are highly experienced and professional, courteous, punctual and totally dependable. Fast, friendly, and reliable. I noticed an issue with my pump and called Butler to come look at the issue. They were out here within the day, diagnosed my problem and provided me with 2 options to fix it. After I decided on the solution they had someone come over here and fix the pump. It's working better than ever.

We were on the market for a new pool liner. Butler Pool and Spa not only came in below the other bidders prices, but had it installed in the time frame in which they had outlined. Now there was a little hiccup, as there sometimes is, but, Butler to the rescue! They responded very quickly to resolve the problem! They were very attentive to our needs and many questions!

We have had pool problems since our filter was changed on June 26th, by BUTLER POOLS. In 15 years of being here, we have NEVER had a pool problem, never had a green pool. We have been going back and forth with BUTLER POOLS regarding this issue. After a trip to Leslie’s Pools twice to get water tested, requested by Josh at Butler Pools, we were told it’s the Ruby sand that was used that is causing the problem. Josh even told me at the beginning he wouldn’t have used the red sand and didn’t know why his brother Blake would have used it.

He told me if the pool kept turning green, he would come out and change the sand. Well, guess what?! We were told today, that they will NOT be changing the sand. Basically, they are done with us. Really?!?! Your company created many problems during this ordeal, including Blake hooking up the pipes wrong and blowing waste all into the pool, charged me $1100, and you are done with us?!?! 🤔 So....My reason for this post is to let you all know they don’t back their work. They took our money and now they won’t fix the problem! BEWARE of them. I’m serious.
