After contacting them looking for a kayak pool installers I left a voicemail I did not even get a return call back that they couldn't even service me I think it's more because I live in Detroit however I had still not getting gotten a call back I've called back during normal business hours and still left another voicemail and I still not got a call back customer service lousy very unprofessional

I can't say enough amazing things about Thomas Pool Service! We bought a house with a pool that wasn't maintained very well, had multiple companies come out for quotes. Most of the companies weren't familiar with our issues or how to fix them. Tom and his crew knew the resolution instantly after examining our pool. We unfortunately had to have all the plumbing redone, which included digging up all the concrete around our pool and a new liner.
He and his crew not only updated our 1990's pool to current standards but then had a great concrete company come and repave for us (2 for 1 bonus!). This company is professional, timely, very easy to contact, and overall great people. We have been customers for 3 years and are extremely happy!

Great company and great people! Our pump went out right before we were going to have a big cookout. They worked with us and were able to come over the very next morning and replace the pump for us. We've been using them for the last few years for all our pool needs and will continue to do so for all our future needs. Thanks again guys!

Absolutely fantastic - I cannot recommend highly enough. We just had custom wedding cake stairs and a new vinyl liner installed in our in-ground pool. They were by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. If/when we need something in the future, I will absolutely go back. Honestly, don't waste your time looking elsewhere.
