This company is terrible and to prove my point their employees are quitting. They don't know how to schedule, their management is rude and their repair services are lackluster at best. If you want a rude, unorganized service that will be a huge waste of time then you have to waste more time looking for another service try this company.

This company is not able to keep appointments. They are terribly managed and employees are quitting. If you want your pool crack or repair to get worse then use this company. In 2022 they don't know how to email properly, schedule or maintain any level of service. When I got frustrated with their lack of organization they got upset with me. Is it not reasonable for you to be nice, organized and know what your doing. Don't use them.

Great work done by Scuba Pool Repair on our pool. They replaced the old skimmer and fixed multiple cracks in the pool without having to empty the pool. They only had to lower the water level a couple of inches and saved us a lot of money and headache since we did not have to drain the pool/refill/rebalance etc. The repairs on the cracks look really good and really happy I went with Scuba Pool Repair. Professional team and great value!

Unbelievable that this company is still in business. I work with high end residential clients and never have I encountered a contractor that is so disrespectful on the phone, of peoples time or of returning calls. I scheduled an assessment in advance after leaving many calls and when the owner got back to me he was short, unprofessional and was irritated by an inquiries.

When I asked questions or asked for the time window as to when to expect their arrival he was not able to give it and said he wouldn't give a time frame because he is just too busy and wouldn't shoot himself in the foot like that. I scheduled the appointment for a day I could be in the garden all day since no time window was given and waited from 8-5pm.

I left a message for them to see if they would be arriving and no return phone call was granted. I locked up the property and took off thinking maybe I'd get a call back later to let me know why they were a no show. I did get a voice message a day later saying that Patrick was due to arrive in 20 minutes so I quickly called the main number and got the owner Drew again.

He had no apologies to give for not showing the day before nor had the time to reschedule my appointment. Drew was short, irritated and bothered that I would not be able to run to the property to meet regarding the pool assessment or grant him permission to just enter the property without my being there. I let him know that my clients are high profile and should not be disturbed and he continued to say that they (my clients) should just take the appointment because we never know when we'll get another appointment and it is what it is and finished with saying he is a high profile pool diver and busy as well and needs to go. Well, shoot. sorry I was troubling you Drew.

Note to self to never use these guys ever, unless you like being talked to like trash. I can't imagine the work or follow through is any better. As a small business owner myself, I would never talk to any prospective clients in this way and would be equally horrified if any of my clients were ever talked to in this way.

Great job. Pool looks like new! Leaks fixed price way cheaper than complete redo.

These folks are absolute professionals and have been a godsend to me and my 93 year old mother who still uses her pool for exercise. Back in 2016 a leak was found and at considerable expense was fixed by another company that did not last. Over the intervening four years several band aid attempt to fix it did little good (by the same company). I got involved and after nearly three weeks of learning about pool repairs and calling many different companies finally was pointed to the great folks at Scuba Pool Repair.

From the first phone call with office manager Cherie Hershey I was relieved to finally be talking to people who knew what they were doing and they were obviously of a much higher caliber than any of the many other discussions I had in the previous three weeks. They immediately sent out an estimator and provided a very reasonable and completely detailed estimate for repairs.

Reading their many favorable reviews from other satisfied customers and that they did work for the Monterey aquarium we made the decision to go with them. Because of the holidays and the weather it took a while to get scheduled but when they finally got started they did not mess around and the work was first class all the way. I had some previous exposure to concrete work in my own work history and while not related to swimming pools I understood enough to observe and understand what they were doing and why.

Instead of a band-aid patch job like the previous company this crew jumped right in and removed enough damaged material to get back and expose solid concrete and then used some rather ingenious "rebar staples" to correct the structural defect and reinforce the area to prevent a recurrence in the future. They paid particular attention to detail, took pride in their work and always had time to answer my many questions to ensure I understood what they were doing and why.

Their work was neat and they even took the time to clean up at the end of each workday and when the job was finished and ready for the second crew that followed with replastering the pool was spotless. They also did a wonderful minor repair on a leak in a suction pipe in the pump room and again went beyond the basics and removed a lot of excess pipe and simplified the entire piping and this job was done for no extra charge.

All in all I could not be happier and my poor 93 year old mother who was totally stressed out at the beginning of this project was relaxed and happy again once she saw the professionalism and competence of these great people. Before and after photos self explanatory, rest assured if you are facing a complicated or difficult repair this is the company you want.

This summer a fist sized chunk of plaster fell off the wall of our pool which resulted in area of rust. Scuba Pool Repair did an excellent job of removing the rusted rebar and then patching the hole so that you cannot not tell there had ever been a problem. Not only was the repair completed beautifully but the 2 divers/repairmen were very friendly and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend Scuba Pool Repair.

This is the 2nd time I am using Scuba Pool Repair. They patched some spots that were delaminated, and fixed some cracks on my pool steps. Extremely professional and high quality work.

I called Scuba Pool Repair in desperation after I had tried to repair the popped up tiles in my pool by myself. It was taking up all my free time and I could not find a product that worked well. I finally asked for advice from my Nextdoor neighbors, and Scuba was recommended. I called them up, and they eventually got back to me. When they did, they were completely professional and very helpful.

They even came out sooner than expected (of course they called and confirmed first). Patrick and Ermand (sp?) came out and were friendly, professional and hard-working. Not to mention honest. Patrick came to get me after spending about 20 minutes in the pool. He had bad news. The tile installation had not been done well and many more tiles were sure to come off in the near future.

His analysis was that the original tile was put down after the adhesive dried and now many of the tiles were only being held in by the grout - very sad situation for me. He said my problems would not go away unless I drained the pool and fixed the big issue. He gave me the option to not pay and address the larger problem later. I was grateful, but I chose to have him repair the missing tiles for the price we had agreed to.

I really love my pool and the missing tiles had become an eyesore to me. It took them longer than expected to complete the very detailed work, but I was not charged more. They did a great job! Moreover; I really don't like having any strangers at my home. I have dogs and young boys and I am quite private. Patrick was so friendly and genuine, that I would love to invite him back to a family BBQ in the summer. Seriously, this is the kind of person you feel good about having in your personal space. I could not feel better about the entire job. I'll call them without any hesitation if I need to.

During patio remodeling, our skimmer and various pool lines ended up getting damaged. No one was available until we called Scuba Pool Repair. The service guys (Scott and his buddy) they did fantastic job today. Very professional. Great work. Boss, they deserve a raise or bonus:) Office, it took them awhile to get back to me with quote! not sure why! but I had to wait over two months and called more than 6, 8 times. Overall, the service guys they did a good job and done.

There was a break in the bottom on my pool which seemed to be revealing rusting steel rebar which was becoming more exposed each year. Scuba Pool Repair was very polite and prompt with me from beginning to end. The person answering the phone heard my description of the problem, asked me to take a photo of it, gave me an estimate after seeing the photo and then scheduled an appointment convenient to both of us.

The company showed up exactly as planned, behaved professionally and completed the repair task in a timely matter which in fact was a couple of hours. The two men who came to my house were friendly, gave me good explanations of what they were doing and left my property with everything back in place and the pool bottom looking as though there had never been a break in the bottom. I could not have had a better experience.

We had a totally positive experience with Scuba Pool Repair - The repair crew was outstanding. Efficient, thorough, professional, cordial -- and a pleasure to have them come to our home. Communication with the front office was also easy and responses by email and phone were prompt and polite. Definitely a 5 star company all around. We have an old pool which had a 9' long fissure that had been previously repaired -- but was now found to be leaking. Scuba Pool Repair was recommended to us by the manager of our weekly pool service company.

He had seen many pool repairs over the years and knew this company's repairs were top of the line. I agree. The care and diligence this crew displayed was most impressive. I called to setup an appointment for someone to come out and take a look at a couple of cracks in our pool benches. They failed to show after confirming earlier that day that they're still coming. They finally showed up the following day, took a look at the pool and said they would send an estimate in the next couple of days. It's now been over 3 weeks since they came out and it's impossible to get a hold of them.

I sent them an email, left a voicemail each week, and still no response. I decided to go with a different company, since I can't imagine how they treat paying customers if they can't return a simple call/email.

Was going back and forth between draining the pool to fix a rust patch and looking at underwater repair. While the underwater repair was more expensive but after looking at the effort and cost of chemicals, water and of course effort to restabilize the pool, it suddenly didn't seem out of line. So, gave Linh a call and was setup for the following week.

They did a great job, brought their own pump and filter to vacuum up the debris, and little over an hour later, after they cleaned up, we were standing around the pool trying to see the patch :. Now, patches are never going to be an exact match for the older plaster, but this was pretty close. Overall, great job!

Had broken main drain cover replaced by Scuba Pool Repair today. They showed up on time, did their job quickly and efficiently, and left after cleaning up after themselves. Technicians were friendly and professional, pleasure to deal with. Excellent service! Highly recommend.

We have a small below ground spa which has been leaking for a few years. Initially, we had American Leak Detection come out to find out where the leak was. After paying their bill, they had no idea where the leak was. Fast forward to a month ago: I found Scuba Pool Repair on Yelp. Their technician found where a number of leaks were and repaired them. We are very happy to have found this great company with people who do excellent and professional work. Linh is very helpful too!

I haven't been this happy with a company for a very long time. My husband and I have remodeled many houses and landscaped many yards over the years and so know good workers when we see them. Drew and Alex were very professional, friendly and hard working. They took pride in their workmanship and did a great job. We had a crack in our pool that seemed daunting to us, but they dealt with quite easily.

The office staff was very communicative about when the workers would be coming to the house and advised us if they were stuck on a previous job.
