Don't buy any electrical part from them unless you can ABSOLUTELY use it. They sold me a pump, went to install it and I couldn't because I couldn't get my old pump apart. Went to home Depot and bought a complete pump because it was a Sunday and they weren't open. Took it back today for credit and they wouldn't take it back. They could clearly see that it had never been installed and could've tested it if they wanted to. But no, they made no effort! Will never go back there!

I talked with Jessica on the phone and she was very pleasant and informative. I'm only giving 1 star because she suggested I go on the website and look at the variety of pools before we settled on one. My problem is when I go on the site it directs me to do surveys, which I don't do. So I backed out, tried to go to the website again and just get a blank screen. If I can't see the merchandise, I can't decide what we want

In the beginning we were impressed with the services. We wanted a turn key project and was told they could do it. Weeks 1-2 when we called to get a quote, we were told that it would take some time so we waited patiently. 4 weeks later, we were still waiting on a quote. We needed an estimate for the loan. When we started pushing for a quote, we were told we would need a $20,000 retaining wall. Ok, so what does everything else cost, we asked.
They didn't have any answers. Then the excuses started. We have huge boulders that would need to be blasted, our project was too much, and they didnt have time to do our project. What a waste of time.

We have had our hot tub for 8 years! The 1st time we have a problem with it, their repairman had to come out 2x and still not find the issue! When they were coming the 3rd time, I called and told the service manager I did not think should charge me again, a disagreement ensued and I notified the BBB. My husband found the leak, Perry Pools came out, said they "fixed it", BUT it IS STILL leaking and since I called the BBB, Perry Pools refuses to service our hot tub any more! POOR PROFESSIONALISM!

I spoke with the crew (specifically Charlotte) regarding an in ground vinyl liner pool and unfortunately we live too far away for them to consider putting in our pool. After assessing our location vs their service area and realizing they would not be getting our business she still gave me a huge amount of knowledge and insight on this process. Pool companies are all over the place with pricing and she answered so many questions and tips on things that I didn't realize I even needed to know.
I should give them one star for the service area, j/k I totally get it, but if your looking for a pool company that is obviously passionate about the industry and live in their service area, I would imagine they would be great to work with!

Local, family owned business in Lynchburg, Va. The employees at the store are dedicated to helping their customers and creating long- lasting relationships. They try to make owning a pool as simple as possible and they often reach out to follow up if there are any problems. Always willing to help. Their products are high quality and relatively affordable. It's always fun to walk in and see what new products they have in stock!

Spring chemical sale has started!!! Charlotte makes it so easy putting together a list of what we need and cross referencing it to what we have on hand from last year. Vince loads it all onto a cart and helps load it into our vehicle. John always stops by to say "hi" and greets us with a warm, friendly smile! Spring is here and the pool will be open soon. It is always made so much easier by the committed and friendly staff at Perry Pools!! We love you guys!!
