We are new to Tucson and first time pool owners, when I called they were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I called with questions, and the owner took the time to explain things to me, help me prioritize what was an immediate need and what things could wait as he truly understands money matters.

There should be a 0-star rating for companies like this. Tucson Pool and Spa quoted us $950, twice, for a handrail and install, and for replacing out lightbulb. In the end, we were sent an invoice for nearly $1,110. The install was horrible. The tech didn't come with a full set of tools and made a disaster out of our backyard, all of which was captured on two security videos.
For some unknown reason, he leaned the powder-coated handrail all the way over on our high-end outdoor dining table. It fell. The handrail now has a gigantic blade-like gash in it, which we must now get repaired because it immediately cuts the skin when touched. The dining table, which was brand new, is now ruined. When the handrail fell, it also took down a brand new chair, which we will also need to get replaced.
The install itself was horrible. Because he had a very difficult time drilling and placing, he stained two blocks of CoolDeck, which will now need to be professionally cleaned. The handrail also doesn't match the direction we were very clear about -- it's crooked in connection to the pool and yard. He also left tools thrown about, one of which was painfully buried into a shoe when we walked out into our yard one evening.
Without asking or letting us know, he tech also went to a different part of the yard and used a special dry broom to try to clean up his mess, which left our broom heavily soiled in dust and concrete. We'll need to replace that, too. The tech left without even attempting to replace the lightbulb. He called us later that say and said he would return, and we never heard from him again.
Aside from being charged considerably more than our estimate, the work of replacing the lightbulb wasn't even performed. We're also looking at paying an additional $3,000 to replace the handrail, have it reinstalled in a way that matches the direction of the yard, having our brand-new outdoor table replaced, as well as the chair that he ruined, and the broom he should have never touched.
In the end, because of Tucson Pool and Spa, we're going to pay nearly $5,000, just for a handrail. We paid the invoice in full and sent an email about what occurred and never heard back. We feel ripped off by a company that lied, never performed what they overcharged us for, ruined our backyard, and completely ignored us since. Don't trust them with your home or your pool.

I would give no stars.horrible at communicating with homeowners. nothing but issues and constantly changing pool routes personnel. call office and never return calls. send emails and no one responds. They are no shows, asked to speak to owner, never called, paid for monthly service and they don't do what we paid for. We have had two other companies and we never experienced these issues. our pool was always clean. they lie to do damage control. do not use this company. spend your money on a reliable company! The only good experience is the ladies that answer phone!

They were a no call no show 3x. Their receptionist was great very kind very helpful. However the other employees there just don't seem to care about their customers. I've wasted three whole days waiting all day for them and they didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me they weren't coming. Great reception is terrible everything else.

We are new to the area and Tucson Pool and Spa came highly recommended and now I see why. We had some extra things we needed help with and from the very first phone call Josh was so helpful. He and Pat treated us with such respect and never made us feel like our questions were dumb. They went out of their way to make sure our system was working at its best and that we were well informed.
They never pushed us to purchase more than we wanted but truly listened to our needs and helped make that happen. We will highly recommend them to anyone with pool or spa needs.

After visiting the other Spa dealerships in the Tuscon area, we Chose Tuscon Pool & Spa for their "Tahatian" Spa. So Glad we Did! They were the most professional, most knowledgeable, and pleased to educate my wife and I on their product, and commitment to providing us with service after the purchase. They committed to having the Spa delivered and installed with 3-4 weeks.

After pricing and checking all of the pool cleaners in my area I decided to purchase a new pool cleaner from Tucson pool and spa. Salesman Alex helped me with my purchase by not only coming to my house and checking out the pool but also stopping by the house afterwards after it was installed making sure everything was working properly. A little over a year later one of my kids had changed the valve setting on my pool equipment and it was no longer pumping water into the jacuzzi.
After calling one of the other local pool companies, because of their close proximity to us, who wanted to charge me $150 to come by to look at it, a couple of days later Pat from Tucson Pool and Spa, stopped by my house and had the valves set within 10 seconds, filled the spa and took care of a problem that had been plaguing us for a couple weeks.
I asked how much it was for the service call he told me he didn't have to do anything but look at a couple of valves and refused to charge me anything. I then tried to offer him cash just so that his expenses could be covered but he wouldn't take that either. Tucson Pool and Spa has certainly earned my business forever Thank you guys very much for the fantastic service!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality The owners should know how awful Josh is. They over charged my elderly friend. Charged her for things they didn't even do. And wouldn't call her back for months. I finally stepped in and Josh hung up on me. They are unprofessional and rude when questioned. Worst company ever!

This place was recommended by a friend. Glad we called them up. Chris is very nice and they do a weekly service on our pool. What I like about them is they offer three different levels of weekly service. So depending on our budget or availability we can change it as needed. They're very good with our dogs. Also their pricing was more than fair. Glad we switched.

Bought our 3rd new spa in our lifetime from them - we're fairly new to the Tucson area and checked out a few places. We came in and pondered our options several times and they were always very friendly and knowledgeable, never feeling rushed. When we finally pulled the trigger we got some great discounts on a fantastic tub - delivery and setup were super. Even called with some silly questions and got prompt answers. Very nice folks and good service thus far - we're really enjoying our new tub this winter.

Terrific service! Pool tech is consistent, fast and keeps our pool looking amazing- couldn't recommend this company more. We have two smaller, yappy dogs and it's never been an issue- tech goes right past them when they're outside (and they loudly bark like crazy and follow him, poor guy). Also got our spa from them and it works sooo much better than our previous spa- they were friendly and knowledgeable on the subject and helped us get it set up right away.

***caution*** The owner of this company has a very poor attitude and delivers sub standard service with an angry frown. By far the some of the poorest customer service for a "service company". Keep looking far a pool guy, you'll be glad you passed on these guys! -- oh if they don't like your pets they'll just pass your job by and bill you a service call. Even if you pets are in your house.
