They do great work, don't get me wrong there. Thats if and when they decide to show up. For our pool to be replastered, it took a total of 6 months to complete the job. We decided to have a LED installed, that took roughly 2 months to do. Now our sand filter lateral assembly broke and called them numerous times to figure out a day they can come out.
This has been a month ago we called. They are horrible at returning phone calls, and doing a job in a descent time frame. They will call you for that payment though. lack of communication for a company is unprofessional. If you are wanting the job done in the amount of time they say it will be done. do not take their word. its a lie.

As I was starting my research for pools and companies to use, I found out quickly that Rebecca and Chet were the best at what they do. I was not disappointed.
