This company came to my house and 'cleaned my pool out' and then attempted to fill it up in which there were several holes in the liner. They charged for me for six and a half hours of work and in all those hours they did not see over 5 holes in the liner. Now they have billed me almost $800.00 and they did absolutely nothing to fix my pool and caused a very big water bill on top of them charging me. Christine stated she would work with me on the price and instead mailed me a full bill. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to pay for nothing.

Everybody I have dealt with at Holiday pools and spas has been extremely friendly and professional. I had an above ground pool installation from quoting it to finish in less than a month. They did a wonderful job in setting it up and helping me learn about it. I would highly recommend holiday pools and spas. Signed contract 08/31/2021. No work started until 1st week of October (even thought told starting in 2 weeks). Never knew who was coming out when to do what. Very disorganized planner. Now, this week, end of April 2022, Davie County did the final inspection that Tom Chambers didn't have completed. Our fence failed and I need to shell out a lot of money. Aside from this Company being garbage, I feel Tom should have known the County requirements of safety regarding inground pools.

They are amazing! So knowledgeable about the pool and pool system. Helped with our resurfacing. Great on cleaning it and taking care of the pool so I don't worry. Very wonderful family that makes me so comfortable having them around my family. Always polite when I have questions. Great at remembering to close our gate so the dogs don't get out. They really take care of it all and are reasonably priced for the services they provide.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful summer swimming in our beautiful pool thanks to Tom Chambers, David Wood, David Monroe and various helpers! Tom's experience as a pool builder was essential to helping us choose the pool shape and location. We absolutely love the retaining wall and stone steps that David Wood installed. The man is an artist! Thanks to Tom we have a lovely "destination" pool that we hope to enjoy for years to come. We couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks Tom!
