We tried calling for about 6 weeks to get someone to come look at our hot tub. They kept telling us they would have someone call us back. Finally we spoke to someone and she flat out told us that they dont work on our type of hot tub. So we looked back through our records and found a check stub written out to them (because we knew they had worked on it before) and we called them back.

The same person told us that they don't have time to work on it because they don't sell our type of hot tub and they are booked up. Thanks for helping! Now that we are 6 weeks closer to winter and it's an outside hot tub!

I got into a real bind trying to find parts to update my old spa. After trying several places I finally came to Sawatzkys and Richard was able to work his magic so I could reuse the difficult to find part. Then they even tested my spa water for me and gave me a detailed analysis of it and how to fix it. Friendly, helpful staff and Richard is very knowledgeable. Thank you!

After a replacing a brand new defective breaker in the disconnect box, our new hot springs tub was ready to use. The folks at Sawatzky pools made it easy to fill and adjust with salt and chemicals. They used to be super knowledgeable and helpful. Now they are useless. Some chemicals are competitively priced, but not all. Parts and supplies are mostly grossly over-priced.
