All Star Pool & Spa, Inc, founded in 1993, specializes in construction, renovation & services of in ground and negative edge shotcrete swimming pools, spas and water features. Our aquatic design team has a combined total of 44 years of hands on experience in dealing with the unique features and requirements of each project. We have a well earned reputation for satisfied customers, on schedule construction, and continued follow up service to those customers. We have been a member of the Better Business Bureau since 1998 and we are also a member of the National Plasterers Council.

Dedicated to quality construction and customer service. All Star Pool & Spa, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Bob Hill. Mark Kelley then became partners in the business in 2015. Jeff Powers came on as Mark's partner in 2021 shortly after Bob's retirement. All Star Pool & Spa, Inc. is a custom designed shotcrete swimming pool & spa builder in the State of Washington & Oregon. In addition, we renovate and repair existing swimming pools & spas as well as offer service, repairs and maintenance to our customers.

Great work. These pools are built to last. The owner has been doing pools for a LONG time and clearly knows them inside and out. He goes out of his way to make sure the customers are happy. I had to wait a few months for a project to start, but now I can see there's a reason for the wait. You can wait 2 hours for the best restaurant in town, or you can go to Applebee's and get right in.

We had a spa built by them and they did a great job, they offered to service the spa after the project was complete. They were good for about a year, then they changed employees who service the spa. As such they wanted to change days which did not work with our schedule. They were not flexible in trying to work with us in finding a day that worked with servicing the spa.
Basically the gal in the office was that does not work for us, good luck finding someone else to service your spa. Completely unprofessional and no customer service whatsoever.
