We came to your store and the only person there was a very unfriendly woman. We came with the intent of purchasing a hot tub. She was not helpful at all. We left our phone number with her so she could give it to the owner. To this day we have never heard from anyone. Very unfortunate for both of us because you lost out on an easy sell and we will have to travel even further for our new hot tub.

I just want to say the service was absolutely amazing. Stephanie helped me with everything I needed and then some. She definitely cares alot about helping people get what they need not just to sell them stuff. I encourage people to come here to get their pool stuff. She is soooooooooo nice and friendly.

This is a great local business with excellent customer service. Buying a hot tub is a big purchase, and the entire process I have felt that this team has gone out of their way to communicate and assist us. Mike, Charlie, and Stephanie have all personally been of great help! From design, delivery, setup, and chemical maintenance we really have appreciated all the wonderful help. I'm really happy with our gorgeous tub!

Bought a hot tub from them. After they set up the hot tub, we had questions about the water treatment. They were always there to answer our questions. We had a minor problem with one of the jets, so I called the store to see if it was something I could fix. Without me asking, the owner came to our house and fixed the problem.

Great to work with - we bought our new spa last summer (2016) and everyone was extremely helpful. They took the time to show us all the different options and models, and never used a high pressure sales pitch. We got a great value for the money, and they test our water any time we bring it in - at no charge! A great group of people to work with - would definitely recommend.
