We have had the best service at Allen Pools and Spas in Williston. We are both pool and spa owners and prefer Biogard products. It's important to us to use quality products and get great customer service.

Besides getting a great spa, the customer service is awesome. Had and issue with the water quality and chemistry. Thier water experts fixed us up and we back in it within a few hours. The water was crystal clear and beautiful. What professionals.

Sales representative is very attentive and worked within our budget to find something we could easily maintain ourselves, but also offered complete servicing and install options.

Nick helped us every step of the way on our journey to find the right hot tub for our family! He notified us the day a 2017 Grandee became available, helped us with the purchase, setting up the delivery, and talking us through all the ins and outs of owning a hot tub. The hot tub was delivered two days before Christmas, Allen Pools and Spas filled it up, talked us through everything, left us with all the chemicals, etc needed and we were sitting in our new hot tub Christmas Eve! Allen Pools & Spas did repairs on my old tub for 13 years when I needed help and sold me a replacement a few years ago. They are very prompt when you need help and go out of their way to get you service when you need it. I highly recommend them.

After having a shockingly poor experience with a dealer very close by I ended up coming here to Allen Pools & Spas. The two gentlemen that greeted me at the door were very friendly and helpful. After sharing my story with them I was able to gain allot of knowledge about the hot tub business. While they did not have the hot tub I wanted in stock and was a long time out I decided to shop on line for a used tub.

I found a one year old Hot Spring tub that I really liked. Drove to NY and brought it home with us. Considering this is the product Allen Pools carries I went right to the store. I can't support them by buying a tub from them at this time but I sure can buy all my tub needs from them. And I did. True professionals who treated me with the same respect and attitude rather I was buying $500.00 worth of equipment and supplies or an $18000.00 dollar tub.

We have had our hot tub for 2 1/2 years. We have enjoyed it immensely nearly every day or night. I believe it is helping me at nearly 70 years of age, to feel younger and more agile. The staff at Allen Pools has been wonderful in teaching us and supporting us when needed. I highly recommend them and their products. We did a lot of research before we made a decision, both online and talking with other people who owned hot tubs. We haven't had a moment's regret.

Bought my tub tub a few years ago here and had zero issues. This week I thought it died. It stopped working and could not hold temps. Jay on the service team and Mark in the field came to the rescue and made my day. They came out in less than 4 hours. Turns out it was just a simple filter unit clog. Back in business. Best news I had that day. Thanks guys!

We bought our spa and two Big Green Egg grills at Allen Pools & Spas. We've been very happy with both sales and service. When I became sensitive to the chemistry that we were using in our spa, Kevin S. worked patiently with us find the right combination that allowed me to continue to enjoy my spa. Thanks!

We took the time to compare the different areas dealers and we went with Allen Pools and Spa simply for the fact that they have an onsite service department and I felt comfortable working with Kevin. In the installation of the unit Kevin took the time to stop by and do a site review and when the unit was placed, quick to follow up. The only hiccup in the whole process is the seemingly random failing of a pressure switch which caused the unit to lose heat and the water to drop into the 90's.

The first time it happened Kevin stopped by and got the spa working as expected and they followed up with a service call. The switch unfortunately failed again two days before Christmas and the weather turning for the worse and Kevin again came by on Christmas Eve Day and we can't thank him enough. As Kevin noted, I sold you that spa, my name is on it too.

We recognize that not all products perform 100% out of the box and we are appreciative of the personal service provided. We would completely purchase again from Allen Pools and Spas, not because of the product, but solely because of the attention to service provided. Now that the weather is again reasonable - time to hot tub! Kevin and Jen
