After showing Clint the work area, he and his partner started unloading and got straight to work. When they left, the area was cleaner than when they arrived. Clint explained how to manage the spa and heater remotely from an app on my phone. My spa blower unfortunately also needs to be replaced, so that's on order. The men were clean, polite and quiet.

They did a wonderful job and I look forward to working with them again when the spa blower arrives. Don't hesitate to call them, first class service! Also decided to have them as my weekly pool maintenance service. My past pool service company didn't have the courtesy to follow up with a heater quote for 2 years nor fix a valve the broke by overturning it. When I called Johnson's, they gave me a date and a time and they showed up. Sent me a quote the next day, followed up with an install date.

Very helpful and friendly every time I go in. I bought a spa from them and everything was handled great. The spa is amazing.

Don't buy a Treager here. They don't keep up to date with their supplier I spent ~$1,100 on a brand "new" Treager. Once I got it home and spent an hour with Treager customer service figuring why it wouldn't connect to the app, I found out that the "new" Treager they sold me was out of date. The head unit needed to be replaced with the newest version in order to connect to the app.

I spent $1100 on something I immediately needed to fix. I called the store to let them know the situation, and they just told me that they'd let the manager know and never reached out for a solution

First class service all the way from Dan! New to the area and called in to get some general advice on a hot tub I'm being gifted and was helped like I was a longstanding VIP customer. Very highly recommend this business!

Everything about this process was just awesome. Even in a pandemic, the sales process was transparent and seamless. My tub was just placed on its pad, and the delivery (included with purchase) guys were super-polite and inspired confidence. I don't think I had a "difficult" install, but it was tight in the side of the house and they had to skirt the pool (without it falling in). They were very professional, and handled everything. Looking forward to filling and using, but they've done a great job getting it here.

Terrific customer service. Allowed us to try a spa before buying. Stored the spa for months before we were ready for delivery at our house being built. Delivered all the way to the edge of Sonoma County. I'd highly recommend them, in fact I have.

Jared from Johnson Pool & Spa is a wonderful and excellent employee! He takes time to come into my office and check in to see if there are any other issues that need to be addressed. He is very communicative and has an excellent work ethic!

Matt responded to our call within an hour showed up on time and was knowledgeable honest and informative. He answered all our questions and made recommendations that benefited us. It was refreshing to speak with a professional who didn't tell us what we wanted to hear but what we needed to hear.

We used Johnson Pool & Spa to remodel our pool. We really enjoyed the entire process of the remodel. Our Project Manager, Alex, is so knowledgeable, and kept the project rolling on time and on budget. He spent a lot of time with us to take us on a "pool tour" so that we could make informed choices. He promptly returned phone calls and e-mails. He synchronized all of the pool project tasks very nicely with the concrete company installing our new patio and coping.

All the employees were kind and respectful of the surrounding areas of the property. We were always kept informed on all facets of the project. Phone calls and e-mails were returned promptly. The quality of their work totally exceeded our expectations. We love our new pool! We highly recommend them.
