In Dec 2021 I was given a quote for $62,000 due to price shopping I reached out again in May 2022 and the price had gone up $10,000 talk about price gouging. There was no true break down of exactly where the increase was directed only short remarks like this yes it is ridiculous. Take my business somewhere else. This quote was only 5 months old not 2 years and your price went up nearly 16.5%.

This is honest feedback that's what this platform is for. For anyone who is on the fence on choosing this company to install your pool and make such a large investment you can now give me a call since this unprofessional owner decided to post my personal information without my consent in his response because of the brief comment above. Which in no way was kooky just simply an opinion and math.

I'm shocked by the unprofessional response of posting my personal information which you only obtained due to issuing me a quote. I really dodged a bullet, I think doing business with a company that operates this way could have been a terrible experience thank you for your transparency of character. Obviously you are not familiar with California laws as you are violating one in your post I suggest you remove my information.

I will never recommend this company to any of my clients or friends. John when someone starts to belittle another human by saying snobby things like this is not McDonald', it only shows how unprofessional you really are. Remember the High Desert is small and word of mouth is really important for any type of business. Have a bless day.

Our pool is one of the best large purchases we made for our home. We will be contacting Southern Comfort Pools to add a spa this summer. I highly recommend their services. The process start to finish was easy and affordable.

We had Southern Comfort build a pool for us. There were some hiccups not associated with the pool itself but with Apple Valley's drainage easements. He assisted us in getting the plans approved and permitted by relocating the pool in a very tight margin that left no room for error. He had his crews and subcontractor's there on time and all the workers were professional, polite and skilled at their job.

I would have him build another pool for us and can recommend his work. He has always been responsive to questions and concerns that have come up throughout the pool building.

We LOVE our pool! Don't know what all of the complaints are about but we have referred John for several family and friends and no one has complained. we have had our pool for several year with no stains and no problems. Our pool took less than 3 months to construct and we use it every summer and spring. We got a rock water fall added to our pool so we hear the water flowing year round and its brings tremendous ambiance to our outdoor living. we would recommend Southern Comfort Pools to anyone looking to build

John and his crew are awesome. I've had my pool for over 3 years now and have had no issues. John is still quick to answer my questions.

John, does not guarantees his work he installed a pool and in less than a month we had several stains and instead of taking action and backing up his job he expects the customer to solve his problems. I was promised a drain that never came, he collected his fees and din't care about the rest. I agree with the previous customer you'll probably end up with an attorney filing a complaint.

If i had to do it again will use someone else who does follows up with their works. Don't waste you tine and effort he wants to assume no liability and to pass it on to the customer. Luis

I don't know why the people above are complaining John and his crew did a very good job with our pool its been almost six months since he completed the project i know he is always open to your ideas and to make changes if it is not to late to do so in the construction part he did it in 45 days as promised when done he told me i over paid and sent me the remaining balance left and to this day he still answers my calls and helps me and my wife john thank you so much you truly made me and my family happy and we are so glad we picked you and your crew. If i had to do it again i would definitely call john again. Lee B.
