Our pool is less than 9 months old and the liner is already pulling away. I sent a message asking for someone to come fix it and of course (as is their usual course of action) they have ignored the message and blocked me on Facebook so I couldn't leave them an appropriately negative review. If you are considering having Splash build your pool I would beg you to reconsider, it has been an endless headache for us, and I wouldn't want that to happen to anyone else.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I would not recommend this company to anyone! No response from numerous phone calls to open my pool. I'm doing it myself and find that they didn't leave the filter cap so now I can't find the correct one since he sells sub standard equipment! Beware - once he has your money he's gone! If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. Scott is rude and unprofessional. He does not respond to phone calls especially once he has gotten his money. The pool is poorly installed and he never followed through on the commitments he made to us when the pool was purchased. When it was time to close the pool the first year and he was holding the winter cover, we had a death in the family.
When we reached out to him for help, he told us it wasn't his fault that we had a death in the family. Terrible person, terrible business owner. Spare yourself and buy from somewhere else.

I had an old wood walled inground pool that had collapsed and was completely destroyed. Scott and his team dug out the old pool and installed a new inground pool in its place. The speed to which this happened was remarkable and at the end, we were left with an amazing new pool, as well as a newly fenced yard. The price was great and I would certainly recommend Splash Pools to anyone looking for a pool at a great price.

I had Splash pools install a new liner in 2011, it got a leak at the bottom in 2013, they came immediately and fixed it. The same area started a leak again 5 years later (2018), I called and they were here before noon the next day to fix it again perfectly. Awesome customer service, wonderful people, personable and professional at the same time. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Splash Pools, keep up the good work and stay hydrated in this heat!

Splash Pools installed an inground pool for us last summer after being recommended by a close friend. Scott was very easy to work with even though there were times we probably were not. Scott and his crew worked long hours and the quality of their craftsmanship is remarkable. Our pool was started and finished before our anticipated dates despite several changes made throughout the process. We went to Splash Pools for a pool. They built us a backyard oasis! We highly recommend Splash Pools!

Very happy with the service. I worked with the owner (Scott Landers) from start to finish. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, quote a great price for what I needed, and then was present for entire installation, doing much of it himself. We were happy with the pool and had Splash come back to build the deck as well.

I stop in at Splash pools to set up an appointment to meet with owner. The owner was not their but was told he would call to set up time. The owner did call two days later and we set up an appointment. He never showed up or called us to cancel or reschedule. I called the next day to ask what happened and the person I talked to said he forgot and he would call me back to set up another appointment. Well, it's has been two days and no call. I will go some where else

So far less than impressed. We are scheduled to have our pool put in "any day now" but can't give us a date. First time we called for a date, lady at office didn't call back so we called again the next day. She then said she couldn't give us a date but that we were "next on the list." And that she would call us next week to follow up. Again, she didn't call, we had to call her. Said she was going to speak with the owner to try to confirm any sort of date. Still haven't heard back AGAIN! They are very quick to take your money but very slow to follow up with the actual services.
