Right after they closed my pool last year, I lost power to the pool control panel, my refrigerator, and my first floor HVAC, all connected to the outdoor pool panel. They came back on my request but could not fix it, and told me everything was fine. Eventually I went to the panel myself and figured out and brought power back. Then this year, right after they opened the pool, my indoor control panel stopped working again.
At first they told me that the panel was old and needed to be replaced by a newer model. Then at my insistence they came back and was able to make it to work, but charged me saying that it was due to natural wear and tear and had no connection with them accidentally doing something during the pool opening. Now I'm not definitely saying they are not telling the truth but just want to lay the facts here and you be the judge. The manager talked like a lawyer on the phone and tried to find any little loop holes to avoid responsibility, instead of using some common sense.
