I would love to leave a good review but, I can not. I totally understand the COVID Era and the shortage of everything so, the fact that we've waited almost 3 full months for a liner to come in, I can handle. The no contact, no updates, no information and lies is what gets me. They continually give false dates and never have contact with us. We paid a lot of money just like everyone else to get a new liner and not even a phone call?
Why do I have to call them every few weeks just be told a new date or that they have no information at all? It seems a bit sketchy, and is a refund even on the table at this point? Completely frustrated with this company. I wouldn't recommend personally but, I'm just one experience.

We went in to find out more information about pools. The gentleman that assisted us was very thorough and took his time to explain the process, cost and types of pools. It was nice to speak with a salesperson without feeling pressured. He gave us plenty of reading material with measurement. We were also surprised by the size of the place as we typically just drive by.

This is on facebook keep this in mind if you even think about doing business there. This is what they think about our military. I think it's an absolute shame that IMPERIAL POOLS in Lanesborough Ma.laughed at a women who asked if they gave military discounts. This women's husband made the ultimate sacrifice and left her and her children alone. You should rethink your policies! I for one will never purchase anything from you! I found this on FB.

On a guarantee repair and opening of hot tub, he gave me minimal $25 credit but no credit on service call of $79.00. Why not half credit. It was a combined call ( guarantee plus service) Will go elsewhere next time, after I tell all my friends to do the same There are 4 other hot tub places. Manufacturer refuses to respond x 2.
