We purchased a home in the Outer Banks without a pool and found Caribbean Pools to be extremely helpful from beginning to end. Pete did an amazing job in coordinating all the necessary up front tasks such as recommending a surveyor, getting necessary HOA and County approvals, and tree removal. His crew and sub-contractors were expedient and professional on the pool, deck and fencing installations to make it swim ready. Elizabeth was awesome to work with and got a pool maintenance contract in place within a week after of installation completion.

Caribbean Pools and Spas recently completed the build of our pool in Corolla, NC. Pete kept us updated during the entire build process (planning, building, and completion) providing timely project updates on everything. His communication and customer service skills are exceptional. He was always looking out for our best interest and provided ideas on how to get the most out of our rental property pool and spa area.

You could tell that Pete takes great pride in Caribbean's work and it shows in the final product. He ensured everything was completed to a high standard beyond minimum standards. Pete and his team were amazing! They designed and built a pool for us in Corolla. There were several challenges as the lot was not flat and they had to install a landscaping wall and do a lot of engineering type work to make it happen. Pete communicated through the entire process and if I had questions, he was always there to answer them or meet me at the property when I was in town. I couldn't be happier with the entire process, the professionalism, quality of work and the end product. We made the right choice in using Caribbean Pools.

After thinking we could maintain the pool ourselves we quickly found that wasn't the case and so we y called in the professionals. Elizabeth was super responsive and within a day we had a team member sent out to look and discuss our pool and spa needs. The price for the service was very reasonable and the employee used to clean our pool was fantastic.

Always went above and beyond to ensure the pool and spa were in great shape. Can't say enough about Elizabeth and her team. You definitely will not be disappointed if you call them for your pool and spa needs.

Pete and the crew at Caribbean did an excellent job with our pool installation! It was nice as they handled everything we needed - pool, fence, and concrete. The whole process took less than two months and we are very happy with the outcome. We are using their weekly cleaning service as well. We feel we got an excellent value for the pool and received a high level of service throughout the process.

Pete and his team were outstanding. They worked very hard to meet a tight deadline as we did not want our rental property off market any longer than necessary. It was a complicated project which included removal and reconstruction of decks, as well as relocating and installing a new septic system, and installation of fencing, they executed flawlessly. The end result, within budget.the pool and cement work looks amazing, the follow up after completion was above and beyond, Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Pete Kelly. He installed our new pool this past winter and really made the process seamless for us, running the process from A to Z including all permitting, inspections, survey work, and interactions with our community association, and of course all site work down to the last detail. He was extraordinarily professional and immediately had the right vision for our space and the final product is simply perfect.

The pool is just the right size for our space given a multitude of constraints including setback and lot coverage. I cannot believe that in 2 short months our yard was transformed from a barren space into a truly wonderful gathering and swimming retreat. I'm thankful we found him and would absolutely hire Pete again.
