Atlantic Solutions could not be more helpful. As first time pool owners, they helped us open the pool and get it ready for the season, and they are there for everything that we need. From teaching us how to care for the pool, to water testing and chemical suggestions, they are the best!

Stopped by to ask a few questions about in-ground pool heaters. The staff were incredibly helpful in answering my questions and making recommendations even though I would not be purchasing the item from them. Really appreciated their insights and expertise.

I called and was told that I couldn't purchase chlorine because I wasn't an established customer. I recommend that everyone simply purchase on-line. Prices are better, choices are better, supply is better and shipping is free. Clorox is also in the business of supplying tablets, granules, etc. and nobody knows chlorine better than Clorox.

Atlantic Solutions has always been available to answer any questions I have had as a new above ground pool owner. They have many products for any pool or hot tub and a knowledgeable staff that is there to help. I would recommend pool owners to try their products and come in for water testing.

I have purchased pool parts and limited supplies as a walk-in customer in the past. When I first went there several years ago, I was told they would now be selling directly to customers. They have always been courteous and very helpful. Unfortunately, given the chlorine shortage, and since they are close by, I called to inquire about the chlorine tabs.

The young man who answered told me they have a supply and since I had made purchases before he could only offer 25 lbs after he got approval from the owner. Ok. So a lady calls me back and says she can't find me in the system. I said I am always a walk-in customer. They have to save their supply for regular customers. I can understand the issue of a shortage, however when I have spent money there before, I thought they could spare some tabs. No. I will not be returning. A customer is a customer, yes?

Full disclosure: I don't have a pool. But if you do have a pool, or a spa, or a hot tub, or you just need to shock your well to clean up your drinking water (like I did), Atlantic Solutions can help. They have a full line of calcium hypochlorite products for any size pool (or well) as recommended for disinfection, and chlorine test strips to ensure you're doing it right.

I noticed they also have a lot of pool-related accessories and some fun stuff for swimmers or bathers. I spoke with a bright and energetic young woman named Jonesy (pronounced Jones+ee) whose cheerful, can-do attitude was really refreshing in this day and time. She was delightful. No job too large or too small. They are located on N. Chatham Pkwy just behind the State Employees Credit Union off 15-501 within easy travel distance of Chapel Hill, Pittsboro and surrounding areas.

Atlantic Solutions rocks! They were so great in assisting me with all my questions before hand. Even kind enough to send me pictures of everything I was asking about before completing the job. Once I arrived, the whole team came and greeted me and made sure that all my questions were answered. If you want knowledge and awesome customer service - Atlantic Solutions is the place to go!

Wow. Incredibly overpriced. They will charge you a hefty fee ($135) to come out to your pool (for no more than 10 minutes) to look at your situation and then quote you alarmingly high rates for unnecessary work. I was quoted $1200 to replace my pool filter when all that was needed was a simple repair. Their fees to come out to do this were three times what it actually cost me to fix the pool myself.

So after I decided to look at the job myself, I went to the store to buy the parts i needed and they were again three times the price I had seen them for on the web and they didn't have them and I was not going to wait for overpriced parts. I would look elsewhere for your pool guys unless you are just filthy rich and too lazy to bother to find a better value proposition.
