RicoRock is a system of construction for artificial rockwork that uses castings molded from real rock formations along with steel reinforced concrete to create beautiful, permanent rock features for your pool. Rock Formations, the parent company of RicoRock, has built rockwork for Zoos, Resort hotels, Disneyland, Knotts' Berry Farm, Six Flags Magic Mountain and others.
Two types of track systems are available. For rectangular pools an under track system may be used. The track is secured to the pool coping and the drive system is recessed below the deck and covered with a sturdy lid. A top track system is available for all shapes and sizes of pools and is track mounted on top of the deck with a low profile track.

We contacted Caesar's Pools this summer for a pool building project. From the start they were helpful, friendly, and responsive. In less than 12 weeks from our initial contact, we were swimming in our new pool! Every step of the way the team responded to questions and, usually, had addressed the concern before I even had the chance to ask about it!
Great people to work with. We could not be happier! Update: We used Caesar's for pool maintenance and they were great. Our pool was perfect and sparkling clean every day. They come twice a week, which is great especially when we are not there to keep an eye on things. Last year compared prices with several other maintenance companies and their prices were competitive, even with companies that come once a week. Was so excited to get our maintenance contract in the mail this year, can't wait for another great summer thanks to Caesar's!

We have used this company for the 6 years we've owned our home/pool. Every year has been nothing but professional. And, In fact we have updated an older pool to a much newer with both office and employees professional advice and knowledge of purchases. We now have an energy efficient pool and many happy summers. Similar to Bob, I have had a very distressing experience with this small business. After inheriting their services with purchase of a home last year, I extended the service and had great and cordial relations with the staff that maintained our pool last year. Unfortunately, their business management is a complete mess. This year they sent correspondence to the wrong physical address, and email is sent from office staff with an @yahoo address with no mention of the business anywhere in the email, so I missed it.
Because I missed the email, they abruptly and rudely told me they would not be servicing my pool, just before the season is to be started. Their workers are good people. The one owner referenced by Bob is also quite friendly, but he seems to be unaware just how bad his office staff is and how they treat his customers.

This is a small family owned business. Beware, one of the brother's is anything but professional while the other is very professional. I was forced to seek out a new company when I was confronted in a hostile and aggressive manner by one brother regarding what I thought was poor quality workmanship with respect to the work he performed. The professional brother corrected the issue and apologized, but for safety and peace of mind I sought out a new company.

Called them over the winter to service my hot tub. Never got a call back. Clearly they were closed but message didn't say that. A month later they called back to say they open for the season in April. They took our name and number and said they would call in April and we would be one of the first they get to. No call came. We called in May and they could fit us in 3 weeks later.
The service guy came and was horrible and unfriendly. We had never owned a hot tub. He was totally unhelpful in providing info and how to use it or care for it, etc. We will never use them again. Maybe they are good at installing pools and hot tubs. Service is not their game. Don't bother.
