Need parts and inside is shutdown. Called and couldn't get anyone one the phone. Only taking appointments and web purchases. Web sit suck for looking for specific pool parts.

Critical: Professionalism This company allows harassment in the work place and allows it's employees to threaten and bully new employees. Hostile work environment that protects the bullies. I would never support this company with business. I would report them to the Better Business Bureau.

6/28/2021 my cousin and I went to San Juan pool supply. The lady was extremely helpful and knew exactly what we needed just by us telling her what kind of pool we had. Excellent customer service. I was looking for a sand pump. The one San Juan had was equivalent to the pump we already had so my cousin and I decided to go see if we could find a bigger badder better one.

After doing some quick shopping around we came back to purchase the pump. (We needed one because mine was broken) and the other chemicals we needed to get the pool up and running. She was very nice and explained in detail everything we needed to do. And even told us to call if we need anything. I will never go to another place to get my pool/spa supplies.

We bought a house with a pool previously installed by San Juan, and Mike has provided excellent service to make sure we understand how to maintain our pool! He is friendly and knowledgeable and there should be more professionals like him. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely a great place. Joe and the team are great to deal with. We love our Hot Spring Spa with the saltwater system! If you're in the market for a new hot tub certainly check out San Juan!

I love to give great reviews because too often you see negative and forget to reward the positive. I was the first to review San Juan on Yelp after an amazing sale and installation of our inground pool. They certainly received a five star rating on that job but their follow through in service has been nothing but horrible. Their pool opening and closing system is atrocious compared to what I have learned from other pool owners.

Then that brings me to our hot tub service. We have had them out to fix the lights on our limelight hot tub since they acquired the brand from Aquatech. After calling them when the hot tub was emptied in March they said they'd get the parts and get us on the schedule. After two months of repeated calls I had to get angry to get a response. After almost 3 months of being without a hot tub they finally came to repair it only to now find that the tub would not heat.

Everything was fine prior to emptying it and LETTING IT SIT EMPTY for 3 months and lo and behold the heating pump was broken. Now two weeks after its "fixed" and the lights don't work again after paying a $600 bill and of course conveniently nobody calls me back! Save yourself the headache of their service and look elsewhere for sales and installation.

We didn't have the best of experiences with San Juan pools. Our pool per the landscaping people was set 4 inches too low, our concrete coping was cut too early and is chipping and now, 1 1/2 year later, we have a leak in the pool piping that's in need of repair. I just don't feel comfortable entrusting the repairs to them, maybe they have improved, I hope so.

I cannot say enough about this business and the people I worked with there. I have worked with other small businesses and found that Joe is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. The delivery team was on time, helpful and thorough in explaining things to me. I would recommend them to anyone.
