Our story starts back in 1982. Until recently, the company's main office was located in downtown Syracuse, Indiana on the shores of Lake Wawasee - Indiana's largest natural lake. Leisure Pool & Spa Supply, Inc. was originally known as "Leisure Pools Co." and served primarily the local Syracuse and Goshen, Indiana residential pool markets. The current President & CEO, Tim Yoder, bought the company in 1989 and immediately began to branch out and grow the business.From 1989 until 1997, Leisure Pools Co. established itself as a reputable residential pool builder in the local residential pool market, while at the same time expanding into the commercial service and maintenance markets of the greater northern Indiana region.

Tim Yoder has been a small business owner for over 35 years with a wide portfolio of businesses that have included a hobby store, coffee house and restaurant, pet store, residential remodeling business, real estate developer and rental, and pool store. Tim dove into the pool industry when he purchased Leisure Pool Co. from its founder in 1988.

Do not purchase from this company, you can buy this Liquid Chorline at the store for $6.00 a gallon, we bought on line thinking that we were getting 4 gallons for $19.95 and instead got 1 gallon. Cannot return and no refund. Actually we bought 2 cases thinking we were getting 8 bottles and was and was charged $49.56 including tax for 2 gallons

I called Leisure Pool and Spa inquiring about chemicals for my gigantic jacuzzi and hung up the phone immediately. It wasn't that I was dissatisfied, I was BLOWN AWAY with the warm welcome I received. I have never felt so warm and loved when calling any business. After I called back, I was again blown away by the exquisite customer service I received by a female employee there, I believe her name was Facility.
All of my questions were answered and my heart was filled with gratitude. If you are in the northern Indiana area and have any pool, hot tub, or spa needs, I urge you, nay, I beg you to give Leisure Pool and Spa a call. You will not be disappointed, and if you are as lucky as I was, your life may very well change forever.

Service manager shamed me for having an old hot tub. Very rudely told me it wasn't worth fixing. When I said that's for me to decide, he acted like I was being unreasonable because I wanted him to tell me the details of what was wrong with it. He told my husband one price to fix it and when he talked to me he added $500 to the price to fix it. He was bothered by having to answer my questions. He must hate his job.

I recently purchased a pool that came with a house, great investment! The pool was basically a swamp when we went to open it up and so we talked with Paul. He taught us how to maintain our pool, clear it up and how to disassemble the pump so we wouldn't have so many service call expenses. He also recommended an off-line chlorinator that has helped tremendously. We are currently enjoying our crystal clear pool, and are so thankful that we now have the tools to keep it that way.
