The staff at Cavanaugh Pool in store and at home are nothing shy of awesome. In store they are always very helpful and pay complete attention to your needs. The in home crew members are fast, efficient and very respectful of your time. I would highly recommend them for all of your pool and spa needs. We recently had an issue with our pump leaking. I made one call and they came to the rescue. Fantastic service!

My boyfriend bought a hot tub from them and the lights kept shutting down the unit! They never fixed that problem they came back twice but I guess give up! We have been on the service list now for 2 years for the fountain running constantly!

They were exceedingly friendly and helpful when we bought our spa. Service, on the other hand, can be a bit spotty. We had to call numerous times to get supplies and service. Still very friendly and willing to help, just not very well organized. We would, and will, still do business there. We've just learned to be patient.
