With the shortage of pool supplies for commercial pools I was able to find what I needed in bulk. The employees were extremely helpful, and the woman at the parts and product's counter was very knowledgeable of products, parts, and procedures on pool treatment.

They no longer answer the phone and the only option is to leave a voicemail which may take 24 hours to get a response.

Great store and staff, if it is fun and outdoors they have it.

Great pool store with a huge selection of pools, floats, chemicals, etc. Staff is super helpful and there are plenty of them available to answer questions. They also do water testing to help you figure out what to add to your pool. Weekly or biweekly pool service is also reasonably priced.

There are so many great things to review, I don't know where to start! We've ordered everything from patio furniture to game equipment, and only service our pool through Seasonal. They have a great selection of high quality items, and delivery was fast and professional. We also LOVE the pool department. We hired them for the first time this year to open our pool (previously we'd only go there for chemicals) and it is beautiful and swimmable in less than a week! Everyone at Seasonal is professional, very knowledgeable, and super friendly! We are customers for life!

Horrible Service Department. Signed a service contract with them for biweekly cleaning, opening, and closing.it was a follow on contract from the prior year.payments always made the day service was performed. Part way through the existing contract they forwarded a revised contract requiring a credit card on file. Services were missed when scheduled (Opening and a cleaning) they don't even provide service as contracted

Ive used and trusted this company for my pool needs for over 10 years! Well Patrick wasn't available but when i brought my filter in was told "it's Junk" and the guy then says we have a cartridge filter and pump for 850.00 and needs to be sold as set or wait for next delivery on july 26th. Well unfortunately you didn't get the sale and will no longer be using this company! A competitor fixed my "JUNK" filter for less than 10% of what your guy said would cost for filter pump!

If your looking for pool supplies and a cleaning I would recommend to anyone. Just make sure to book early because they fill up fast. Trying to get patio furniture or other outdoor items they are a bit on the pricey side. Understandable with it being only really one season to sell for. Great staff very helpful they know their pools and do water testing for pools and spas.

Bought an 18' above ground pool from Seasonal. Great value, very helpful service, and a very complete starter package. I was able to buy the pool in the fall during the good sales and they stored it until spring free of charge. The assistance loading the pool into my trailer and verifying all of the parts were present was much appreciated when I picked it up.

Very professional and quick to help! I was in a serious pickle when the company I work for was waiting months on a different pool company for parts and service only to find out they never ordered the parts. But Patrick at Seasonal Specialty Stores was so amazing at helping me the same day I called. I sent over the information I had and Patrick worked late in the night just to find the parts I needed.

I went in the next day to order and pay for the parts. I will be back for the rest of the parts tomorrow. It will only take 1 extra day to get the rest of the parts! I'm so happy and so grateful. This company goes above and beyond for any and all customers that walk through their doors. I purchased my pool in my home town and truly wished I had come here first. Top notch customer service. I will be a customer forever. Your pool schools are the BEST!

I am at this store at least twice a month between April and September. I bought a house 5 years ago that came with an inground pool and I am still figuring out all of the different things I should keep track of. Everyone at this store has been very patient with me, given me good advice, and helped me find pieces of things (like a broken handle that needed replacing).

Recently I bought the incorrect tool, and I was able to return it with no hassle at all. This place is great, and the assortment of pool "toys" is extensive. Also - for a woman like me, it's great that when I buy heavy things like bags of DE or tubs of chlorine, their service team brings it straight from the warehouse and puts it in my car for me. I don't have to lug it around the store and I don't even have to get it in the car. When I get home, on the other hand. is a different story!

I have been a Seasonal customer for over 10 years and have had nothing short of excellent service. Dennis and the team have gone above and beyond to be sure I get a full swim season. Whenever I need service, it is done promptly and well at a fair price. Speaking of price, some may feel you can get better pricing elsewhere. You won't. Seasonal sells good chemicals that work and aren't watered down like others. We have a short enough swim season in NH, these guys will make sure you get the most out of it.
