The crew is always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They always ask what more they can do before they leave. Super helpful and conscientious. I know we're out of their usual territory, so I really appreciate their willingness to come every year.

We purchased a Saratoga Geyser Glacier Spa from Island Pool and Spa and have been very impressed and satisfied with the knowledge, friendliness, customer service and efficiency of all the staff. They have been very accommodating to assist us with any request we have had and have provided excellent customer service. A five star rating is not a high enough rating for this company or its staff. I liked the personal and informative nature of my visit at Island Pool and Spa. Hans was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He was especially helpful with the hot tub my family picked out. I got to know the ins and outs of my spa as well as the costs involved. Everything was up front. The staff are very helpful and polite, I've enjoyed going there to get my chemicals and they are always willing to give advice to keep my water levels optimal.

We plan on getting an above ground pool as well and I can't think of another place to go but Island Pool and Spa. I like being treated more than just a customer everyone there treats me like family.

Excellent service and quality products! We have vacation rental properties in Bucksport, Maine and we purchased one of the top of the line Strong brand spas. Worth every penny and we are especially pleased with maintenance and service all year around! The staff here are absolutely incredible! From the moment we walked in the door to when we got our spa delivered they have been so kind and knowledgeable! When the spa was delivered they took the time to go over all the chemicals and routine maintenance. They even followed up a few days after to see how we were enjoying our spa and if we had any questions! We had a wonderful experience!

We have used Island Pool & Spa for years and would not think of going anywhere else. Glee and Hans originally helped us with a second hand hot tub that wasn't even purchased from them! With their help we learned how to use and care for it. So of course when we decided to purchase a pool we went to Island Pool & Spa. We were hoping to install it ourselves if we could.

We consulted with Hans and decided to do it ourselves. Hans was so helpful with tips which made our installation go smoothly. We recently needed a new pump and filter for our pool and again Island Pool & Spa went above and beyond to be sure we got exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. Customer service is always top notch! I love giving to a local business when purchasing large and small!
