I took my vac in for regular maintenance, now my vac wont operate like it used to, it was working good before, i just took my pool vac to have it ruined I ill never come to this place again

I'm very happy with the service and the spa we bought here. We needed advice about which spa to purchase, and Hussain was glad to give us pros and cons and stay within our budget. We planned to shop around, but this wasn't our first spa, so when he quoted a price that included setup, stairs and all the chemicals to set up, we were done shopping. It was easy, seamless and fast.

After using it for a couple weeks, we weren't comfortable getting in and out, so called and asked if we could have it rotated. He is very accommodating, and we are very satisfied.

We had great service today. The guy who helped us took the time to tell us about a different product they offer and even checked in the back to make sure they had more. We had our 2yr old grandson with us and he acknowledged the little guy. Thank you!

Went in to look at their selection of Intex pools. Ended up leaving with one. Good selection of pools and spas. There were only two young guys working at the time, one appeared to be a salesman and was working with a customer. From what I could tell he was very curtious and helpful. That left us to the other guy. Although he was able to run the credit card machine, he did let us leave without everything we needed to get the pool going.

We specifically asked what we would need and informed him the we already had the necessary chemicals. He said we didn't need anything else, that was not the case. Had to make a trip to the neighborhood pool supply for sand for the filter. Not a big deal though. The little fella could really work on his interpersonal communication skills Tried a few times to make small talk only to be returned an awkwardly silent blank stare. Overall we got what we came for and are happy with the purchase.

I purchased a Superior Fireplace from here back in September costing nearly $5000 and had it installed by my contractor. The fireplace comes on but does not keep the flame. I called Home & Leisure to come out and service it knowing that I will have to pay for the service call. They put me in contact with Hussein. I called him several weeks with no response.

Each time I got him on the phone he'd ask if Adam called me. The service here is horrendous and unacceptable. UPDATE: Since this post, Adam has contacted me and is working very hard to get the issue resolved. I appreciate that they acknowledged the review and they are working with me on a resolution.

Our Marquis spa is one of the best investments we have made. We use it at least 5 days a week and feel so relaxed after. Their customer service is very professional. We should have bought our cover lifter with the spa but bought it after. They were able to install it the same day we called in to buy it. Definitely recommend the microsilk.

We got our fireplace insert here. We paid about $400 after the rebate. They took care of all the paperwork to make sure I got the $3000 rebate check. Installation crew was very thorough. They also, were kind enough to help me clean behind my kitchen stove. Talk about customer service.

I bought a jacuzzi and a fireplace insert. What an amazing experience. The delivary of the hot tub was amazing. they had to go over a fence and they made it look so easy. The fireplace has completely transformed. From burning wood which had become a real hassle, is now operated by a remote control and looks fantastic. These guys are amazing.

I've been shopping here for a few years. They have upgraded their place very nicely. They finally got the yard cleaned up. My regular place for pool supplies. Got a jacuzzi from them last year however their customer service has greatly improved.

Love the customer service. I have a BBQ catering business. They have supplied me with two of my most valued smokers. The Super Hog and the Whole Hog. I was in a bind a month ago and needed to get a Whole Hog Smoker quick and they got it to me in 2 days. Geno is the man. He truly cares and I now think of him as a friend
