Andy's Pool recently did a pool renovation and upgrade for us. Very pleased with the job they did and their attention to details. Both Richard and Doug were available all the time and every concern that I had was addressed in the best way possible. The project was completed in a timely manner and no delays. Highly recommended!

A problem, not with the cleaning service, but the equipment service. Automatic switching between pool and spa took days to address and repair, as did a later problem with the pool and spa heater. Multiple trips, claims the problem was fixed, excuses about Thanksgiving from one of the owners, who had no idea that on Friday after his repair person left the same problem re-occured.
If it had been properly fixed on the two trips last week, there would have been no need for a repair person today. If someone had listened and/or reviewed the texts and VM messages left on Friday evening and later during the weekend saying it still didn't work, it would be reasonable to think they would have taken whatever action was necessary to get someone out today to finish the job.
We were told at 4:00 after waiting all day for a repair person to show we were promised at 9:37 AM would be out today, that now no one could come out to address this until next Monday, the excuse being this is Thanksgiving week. I might understand that if I was calling about a new service trip, but what I wanted, and should have gotten, was action today or at the latest tomorrow on a problem not resolved as a result of two service trips last week. There are no excuses for treating customers this way. None.

The Andy's Pool technicians are extremely rude and unprofessional. We had a visit from a tech today after our pool has been down for weeks. I asked him how everything was going and he responded with one word answers. My follow up questions were met with the same response. I asked him what was the plan for today. The prices are increasing while the service is decreasing. We've had this pool company for at least six years and I would not recommend them at all.

I have been a satisfied customer of Andy's for over 15 years. Dwayne is always available if I have a "big" question, Ann is a great account exec and Lee shows up every week, on time, does his job with a wave and big smile, then is on his way. Andy's does a FANTASTIC job. Admittedly we have a difficult pool that is hard to keep clean. Since Andy's has taken over there has no been a day the pool wasn't sparkling. Their customer service is great. We had a small leak in one of the pumps and they had someone out there to take care of it within 30 mins with a follow up visit the next morning to replace the part. Lauren is our account rep and she is awesome.

Very disappointed in this company. I hired them to maintain my pool last spring and they did a decent job. This week I called to tell them that I'm ready to close down my pool for the year and my account rep Lauren told me that was no problem and that someone would be at my house the following Monday or Tuesday to shut down my pool. This afternoon one of the companies managers called me and tried to twist my arm into keeping my pool open for the year and keeping them on to service it.
When I explained that I wasn't going to continue to pay $250 a month to maintain a pool in cold weather he flat out told me they don't close pools down and that they would no longer be my pool maintenance company if I decided to close my pool. What kind of company does this? I'm stunned that I'm even writing this post other than to warn others about doing business with with this company.
Bottom line is if you want a mediocre and very expensive company that forces you to keep you pool open in cold weather go with Andy's Pool Service otherwise please choose someone else.

We have used Andy's Pool Service for weekly service and repairs the last few years and they have been fantastic! Everything from the excellent customer service from the front office to the outstanding weekly service from our very personable tech Tori (who my 15 year old son loves to visit with when he is at our house) to the great repair techs who address any issues we have. Andy's is responsive and follows up timely on any issues we have.
We have a complicated pool system and they took the time to know and understand our pool to be able to provide the best service. We have used several pool companies in the past and none compare to the excellent service from Andy's. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool service company.

We are thrilled with Andy's Pool Service! The techs and the support staff go above and beyond. Last Spring our pool flooded in mud when a storm drain backed up. they had it cleaned within days (just in time for a child's birthday pool party!). The tech noticed our Polairis had broken and proactively took it for repair; had it back the following week. Highly recommend!

I've used Andy's for more than 10 years, and they were tremendously helpful in working the kinks out of my new pool. For most of that time, they were very responsive. Out in a couple days; same week at worst. But over the last year or so, their response times have become longer and longer. As long as three weeks. They won't give you a specific day when they are coming out -- "we'll try to get somebody out there next week" -- which doesn't happen.
Average visit time is down to 20 minutes to half hour -- often addressing the symptoms, but not the cause. Have found myself fixing the same problems over and over. Seems pretty obvious that they give priority to weekly maintenance customers -- with people like me, who maintain their own pools, fit in as they can. So, with regret, have had to move on to a new company.

My wife and I are new pool owners, and we need need a lot of help and advice. Fortunately, we have Andy's Pool Service to take care of us. The staff at Andy's is great! We trust them and look forward to their weekly service calls! Our personal technician, Vince, is reliable, smart, and very polite. We think he's the BEST! We love Andy's motto: "You do the swimming. We do the rest." That's exactly the way we like it!

Andy's has serviced our pool for years. I tried the one man shops in the past, but really prefer the service levels and the attention to detail Andy's offers. There's more to keeping a pool in tip top shape then just having someone clean it. Great service and I highly recommend. I used 3 different companies before I found Andy's. Save yourself the time and the headache and call them 1st. Great Service and I second the other reviewer's note - Ann Hodges is amazing and so is Jule.

Andy's was already servicing the home that we purchased in March. The previous homeowner spoke well of them and since it's the first home I purchased with a pool, thought it was best to stay with the current vendor. One of the owners came out to personally meet me and made me feel comfortable that staying with them was the right way to go.
They have been very understanding with all the calls and questions we have had as new pool owners and have been so responsive to our needs. The customer service has been great so far!

Our neighborhood recently switched to Andy's Pool service and have been very happy with the prompt and thorough response we have received from their staff. As an HOA president, I need companies that are more like partners to help me take care of all of our neighbors. I have been pleasantly surprised with their thoroughness. I would certainly recommend Andy's Pool Service to other neighborhoods.

Our community recently hired Andy's Pool Service to handle all our regular pool and spa maintenance and they have been OUTSTANDING.
