My wife and I took a monumental step of faith in purchasing a pool for our family. There were times when I questioned if it was the right decision. There were so many things to learn in what feels like so little time. I am forever grateful for the support that we have received since our pool has been installed. Robby Assemany has been a life saver for us. Anytime that we have had an issue, he's been there to walk us through it.
If he doesn't answer when we call, he always calls back within 24 hours to see what we need. It feels so good to know that you haven't been left alone after all monies have been paid (I've had that happen with other companies). We look forward to many years of family enjoyment with our new pool! I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

I bought my 14 foot Swim Spa there last year! Take my water samples there all year round! Customer Service is always outstanding!

Their contractor Chris sucks. I have been waiting over 9 months for him to put in my pool liner, I call and always get an excuse. It's always something, he didn't work today, it's too cold, and somebody's nose is sniffling. I don't know why I can't get it put in? I paid for the pool and can't even use it! In a couple of more days and it will be 10 months.

Had griffin come out to replace defective overflow valve installed by another pool company. When I first called their office Ali and Amanda were super helpful and prompt, they scheduled me right away. Ken came out and replaced my overflow valve he was very professional and knowledgeable he tested my motor and made all the necessary recommendations Brandon came out the very next day and was just as professional and knowledgeable with my motor repair/replacement. These folks are defiantly a 5 star pool service company. I will be using them for all my service needs in the future and I highly recommend them!

Supply chain issues. If you're wanting to see floor models it's hit and miss based on delivery schedules. But the staff do their best to show you what they have and describe the rest based on your questions. They are very willing to help. And if you're ready to purchase they are able to tell you the timeline of some of their models. This is great cause it allows you to plan for your install.

On the phone when scheduling an appointment they were dismissive and unpleasant. I decided to give them a try anyway and once they arrived to my house 2 months later check out my yard-they were incredibly rude. When greeting them I had my dog on a leash and was told to put him away. The pool man hadn't even looked at my backyard without telling me "I don't think we can do a pool here anyway." I just asked him to leave after that comment.
I would try another place! I am not one to write reviews when I have a bad experience but I think there was a lack of effort from this company. I believe because we are in the process of renovating our new home and live in a up and coming neighborhood he got the impression we didn't have the money for a pool, so he didn't want to waste the time. This was disappointing because we did have the money and the want for a pool. I'll be looking elsewhere and if you ask me you should too.
