Heritage Pools

We are in love with our pool! The team at Heritage guided us thru ever phase, from initial design to pool maintenance. We are first time pool owners so we had/have a lot of questions! : The team is always patient and responsive. Our project had some unexpected challenges, design change from fiberglass to gunite, backorder of equipment and seemingly endless rain, but we could not be happier with the finished project. Looking forward to many years enjoying our backyard oasis. Thank you Heritage!

We had a fantastic experience with Heritage from design all the way through construction. They were transparent about costs and stuck to the budget (no surprises), they provided us with a realistic timeline and actually completed the work ahead of schedule, all of the employees we engaged with were pleasant, professional, and entertained all of our questions as first-time pool owners, and they were highly communicative. Mackenzie, our project manager, provided weekly updates on progress and always responded quickly when we emailed or called. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and wholeheartedly recommend Heritage to anyone looking to put in a pool.

Heritage Pools helped us each step of the way while our pool was designed, prepared for, built and finally used. MacKenzie, our point person during construction, was consistently available and if she didn't know the answer to our question, she quickly found someone who did. Papi, our project manager, is a master craftsman and one of the kindest souls one will ever meet. David, the design expert, gave us 3-D pictures showing various options while we were making our choice. We never felt hurried or pressured. I HIGHLY recommended Heritage Pools to anyone looking to install or maintain their pool.

We are so happy we selected Heritage to design, install, and maintain our pool and spa. We looked at several vendors and none of their designs spoke to us. David Friedland took the time to listen to our preferences and designed a pool and spa that is exquisite. Our yard is challenging as a 35ft critical line setback is part of the equation, but David was up to the challenge. Speaking of challenging, getting a pool installed during a pandemic and supply shortage is no easy feat. Mackenzie Keohane worked her magic again and again making the impossible possible.

The level of communication was a pleasant surprise. She kept us up to date, properly set expectations, and unexpectedly made the process fun. If you want to work with a wonderful pool company, and bonus it is local, look no further than Heritage - you will be happy!

We were put onto Heritage Pools by a neighbor and it was a long process, but well worth it! From Papi's professionalism and wisdom to MacKenzie's customer service and always trying to have the answer, we were truly satisfied. Not to mention the final product which thus far is beyond amazing! The heater, the slab, the fire pit, the POOL! I've heard a lot to horror stories about some other local pool manufacturers and I honestly can say that we are glad that we chose Heritage!

I have been following Heritage Pools since moving to Summerville in 2009. When I moved to my new home in 2017 I knew that I would be having Heritage design and build my dream oasis. They are amazing! It was a year of pandemic and supply chain issues but they were up front from the beginning. Mackenzie coordinated with me regularly. I have 100 emails back and forth.

Communication was vital for me and Ms. Mackenzie communicated with a great sense of humor. Nino and his crew did most of the construction and they were the most hardworking men in summer humidity I have ever seen. I knew I would need landscaping but Nino and his crew hand shoveled the perimeter. I will still need a landscaper but my grass is already filling in.

Now that the pool is complete we will have "pool school". The filter and equipment looks like it could run my community pool. I'm looking forward to learning every aspect of the beast ( especially the led light modes :) J Ryll

Heritage Pools built our pool and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result! Because of COVID, the beginning of construction was much delayed and our patience were surely tested. We've recovered though because our pool is AMAZING and we LOVE IT! Our decision to choose Heritage Pools was an excellent one. The construction is superb and all the workers and staff were wonderful.

From the owners to the office staff to the guys doing the hard stuff, we have not a single complaint. Everyone was extremely responsive to our questions and they took our project seriously. They were professional, polite, responsive, and skilled. You do get what you pay for with Heritage Pools! Our pool was worth the wait! Heritage Pools is a great company. I had a wonderful experience with them from beginning to end of our pool construction. The employees are all very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The office staff maintains frequent communication regarding the construction process and timeline. The customer service is better than any other company I've dealt with in Charleston. I couldn't be happier about the entire process and finished product! I can't recommend Heritage Pools enough!

Larry, Mackenzie and Papi are a great team at Heritage Pools. We had great customer service from picking out our fiberglass pool, through the construction phase, and the finishing touches. Everyone was polite, understanding of our questions and quick as responding to our emails/questions. We are loving our new pool and would highly recommend Heritage pools. Actually, already have recommended them to friends.

I had a great experience working with David. Though we didn't end up working with Heritage- my experience with them was nothing short of excellent. David was professional, responsive, and extremely creative when it came to our pool design. I have nothing but good things to say about Heritage Pools- and especially David F.

Our new Heritage Pools at our vacation rental in Wild Dunes, Carolina Elegance, is impressive. This is the second pool that Michael Gesmond has built for us. Both of our pools have sport's bottoms (deep in the middle and shallow on both ends) and volleyball nets. We have guests telling us that they came to be at the beach and they end up staying in the pool all of the time. Michael and his entire team are professional and very good at what they do with pools.

We have been quite pleased with Heritage Pools throughout the planning, construction, and servicing phases of the process. When we decided to build a swimming pool we explored a variety of firms and Heritage stood out from the others. They were always quick to return our calls, provide estimates, and adjustments based upon our views. We found their pricing to be competitive with other firms and they performed to the contract.

Work was done when promised and the site foreman keep us posted throughout the process. This was the first pool we have built, so we had many questions and the Heritage Team patiently answered our questions and offered other considerations that we would not have known to ask. I highly recommend the firm.

Michael and his people put in a great pool for us and their customer service has not stopped after the job is done. Being 1st time pool owners we have ran into little questions here and there and Michael and his team have made sure to answer them all. We are also very confident in the structure of the pool after watching it be installed and it has even survived its first major flooding with no issues.

I am sure we could have went elsewhere for maybe less money and it might have taken less time to install, but the quality of not only the product but the service before, during and after the installation makes going with Heritage Pools well worth it! Great job guys!
