Hansen's Pool & Spa

Prior to the sale, I was very impressed with Hansen Pool. Carly was very knowledgeable and I think I received a fair price on my pool. It was a few thousand more than what I would have paid online, but I felt dealing with a local company was worth the extra cost. I am now questioning my decision. After spending over $20k, my pool was missing several parts.

I receive a one page diagram showing the layout (second page was not provided). Absolutely no instructions on how to assemble the pool. The one diagram did have a parts list, but it did not match what I received. I've asked for help from Hansen and felt like I am really bothering them. I've had to contact the manufacturer directly with some success. I probably should have saved the money and bought online.

Glad to be able to tell you how great your team is. I love the layout of your show room and how fast your sales people are there to help. The people behind the counter were very helpful even for something trivial. It didn't hurt to have a sample off the grill Hat's off to the management on a job well done.

Poor customer service. Outrageous prices. Most times going in there is some problem and today not much different. Went in to simply buy a replacement liner for a pool that I bought from them. Was told when a called, that the liner was in stock. When I got there, was told by the girl at the counter that she could not see the liner inventory but would have to wait for a salesperson to assist me. Likely, they want to upsell. Anyway, I was given the opportunity to wait an undisclosed amount of time or come back.

Extremely poor customer service for just wanting to buy a replacement liner, that would be about $700! I'll get this liner, because there aren't many out there, but will NOT be coming back here.

Talk about customer service! They went ABOVE and BEYOND for me! I was 39 weeks pregnant and needed my pump warrantied out. There was no way I could lift it on my own to bring it into the store. They sent a guy over and had me up and running again in no time! I am so happy I choose them for my pool needs! I would highly suggest them to everyone I know!

We utilized every piece of Hansen's experience. We reviewed and researched on their website. Then we chatted with reps through their website. Then we went in and worked with a sales rep. And we financed through Hansens. And worked with their delivery team including rescheduling when our timeline had to change. It all went fluidly and we're so happy with our entire experience.

We recently purchased a sauna from our good friends at Hansen's. We received great service, a great price and immediately availability to have our sauna up and running the next day. We also go to Hansen's for all our hot tub and pool water testing and supplies. They are simply the best.

Carly, Dominic and the team and Hansen's were absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. They spent the time with me to educate me on all of my options (which my wife will tell you is huge for me) and provided top notch service with delivery and set-up. A+ all around - you have a customer for life.

Recently purchased our sauna from Hansen's Pool and Spa. Started out with lots of questions which were quickly answered by knowledgeable sales staff. We did a lot of comparison shopping and returned to Hansen's due to the friendly sales staff and competitive pricing. Once we made our purchase, delivery was scheduled promptly. Delivery was not easy since we put the sauna in the basement, but staff completed the task without a problem and in a very professional manner. We could not be happier with our purchase and the excellent service that was provided.

We absolutely love our hot tub and everyone there has been very helpful and accommodating with all of our newbie questions! Carly is extremely nice and has been texting with me quite a bit trying to get everything Figure it out. I would definitely recommend her.

We purchased a home with an in-ground non-functioning in ground pool. We had absolutely no pool experience. I'm singling out Dave, he came out, looked at what we had and walked us through making this pool perfect. He helped us convert it to a full length liner, got us the right pump, furnace, and plumbing. They, Dave and his staff, have stood with us now for 27 years. Parts and chemicals you can get anywhere, but not the knowledge and help. Thank you!

We are brand new pool owners and had no idea what we were doing. Hansen's were very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us every step of the way and after. If we ever have a question all we have to do is go in or call and they are always happy to answer.

I ordered a 24'x54 resin pool in the beginning of 2021. The pool was installed in June and my family had a lot of summer swimming time! Kristin was an excellent sales person and very knowledgeable with start up and answered any questions I had or found answers if she wasn't sure Thanks again

When we first walked into Hansen's, we began to look around at the various hot tubs and were greeted by Carly. After telling Carly that we were only looking, her undivided attention was still given to us while we asked several questions. She was patient, informative and helpful throughout the entire process. After checking out other spa businesses, we decided to make our purchase from Hansen's.

We purchased a cal spas hot tub which was in stock and was able to be delivered within a few weeks of our purchase. Dominic handled the delivery of our hot tub. Dominic and his partner delivered the hot tub with care and also answered my several questions. Dominic made sure that we were knowledgeable with the hot tub operation, happy with the hot tub placement and their respective accessories prior to leaving.

In the days after having our hot tub delivered, Carly called us to see how we were enjoying our hot tub and asked if we had any questions or concerns. Now that's customer service! Hansen's has a great staff and has definitely earned new customers. Thank you for the great experience!

What's there to say it's the only choice I have! seems to be a monopoly in this corner of the state on pool supplies. prices are a little high and most of the time things I need to repair pool parts, all they do is order off the internet then market it up and sell it to me. So, I've turned to doing that myself other than the heavy items that I can't have shipped, anybody can do it themselves and save a bunch of money all year long.

You'd think they build that gigantic building in the middle of the city and it would actually have pool parts in it but nope most of the things that I need are never there. But they have a whole pile of upsellable items and definitely pools and spas all over the inside of the store.

I definitely recommend Hansens for all your spa needs or wants in our case! Carly was very helpful with the process for picking out our Sauna! We will be going back for a hot tub! They have a great selection of quality products!

I have been working with Hansens's for about 4 years. Starting when we purchased a house with a pool which I had no idea how to maintain. Everyone was extremely patient with my endless questions & helped me every step to having a great pool! I can honestly say that every interaction with them is a pleasure.

Last year July, we decided finally to purchase a pool. I shopped around a little and ended up at Hansen's. And I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in they were nothing but amazing. Carly answered all my questions, was very kind and also taught me a few things I didn't know! It was with her knowledge and explaining everything that help me make the decision on what pool was the best fit for us.

Our pool was delivered and now we are just waiting on install. If your looking for a pool, I strongly recommend Hansen's! They are great, kind and greet you with a happy smile! They will take good care of you.

Great service, had a great deal as it was support small business week. Saved thousands of dollars on MSRP prices and from websites around. Deals could not match this as they had hands down best prices. And no I am not payed to say this.
