We moved to Owensboro and bought a house with a hot tub. We called Maurice Spas and they came out and showed us everything about caring for a hot tub. We started having an error message and they spent 2 hours before NYE weekend trying to figure out what was happening. We were able to enjoy the hot tub with our grands that weekend. Highly recommend Maurice and his staff as we bring our water samples in every week or so for testing and advice.

We just had an inground pool and hot tub put in by Maurice Pools and Spas. John Maurice and his team were excellent throughout the whole process. They walked us through the whole construction process and answered all our questions. They were all very professional and the quality of work is excellent. I'm assuming they got a new front girl since the person I spoke to and dealt with was very sweet and knew her stuff. She even called me to make an appointment to reopen my pool before I even thought about it, which I appreciated since I won't have to deal with not having my pool opened when I want it to be because they get really busy. Really liked them and their promptness.

Called to ask about them opening our pool the lady that answered and was extremely rude! She also said she would give me a call back and never did. I have asked other people about this business and they all say that they are rude people. Take your business somewhere else.
