I can't say enough good about our experience with this company. We are so happy with our pool. Whitley Rainwater was an excellent sales person who got it all going for us. David Montes was over the contruction, and was an excellent source of communication and guidance, along with his crew. David has taken our calls even after the pool has been finished.

His customer service has been second to none. Everyone involved in this process has been very communicative and professional, and just great guys. Richard Melton and his crew did an outstanding job on the concrete surrounding the pool as well. We are loving our beautiful, fiberglass, saltwater pool! Thank you so much to Burton Pools! We highly recommend!

We finally have our pool installed after some miscommunication. The installer did a great job overall. The issues were taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you Rodney Porter for everything!

Three years ago we shopped around for inground pool and decided to go with Burton's, not because they was less expensive but they had been in this area for so many years. Also, they offer a in floor system that is amazing! During installation that Fall the concrete decking did not turn out stamped it just looked stomped, foot prints and misc! Just a very bad pour job!

I got in contact with Jimmy, he and Caleb came out to evaluate the mess. A lot of conversations took place to reach the decision to jack hammer out the existing and pour new concrete. This year we now have the beautiful pool that we had envisioned. It took some time for it all to be resolved BUT.Burton's took care of everything! Special Thanks for going above and beyond. I recently had my pool serviced by Burton to address a pump flow issue. I wanted to appreciate David who was the technician that came out. His attention to detail and willingness to take the time to explain what he sees as the issue and then address each part is unique for his position. He has rebuilt my trust in Burton and their ability to address issues. Jerry thanks for taking my call on concerns and sending David out this time as he is a great talent for your organization.

This is our 2nd pool we have built through Burton Pools and while not everything went as planned, which is very typical with any type of building project, we love how our pool turned out. Josh was hands down the best construction manager I have ever dealt with. I am BIG on communication and Josh was top notch. He went above and beyond, even on items that did not fall under his responsibility- he continued to follow up to make sure everything handled properly.

I really appreciate all the hard work Josh did.and I really really appreciate him responding to the countless hours of phone calls and text messages I made to him. If you build with Burton make sure you get Josh as your construction manager/supervisor.

Burton installed our in-ground, vinyl-lined salt water pool and helped us design the space around it to provide for a natural entrance to the pool from the back deck. It's beautiful and we are so excited! Josh was our project manager and he was absolutely amazing to work with. Like, I feel bad for y'all if you don't have Josh leading the way! The teams of guys that he sent out during the project were all very kind, helpful and professional. Josh kept us in the loop of everything going on, and was super patient as we asked a ton of questions along the way. Burton guys are hard working, and efficient. They were there at the crack of dawn and did not miss days of productivity when the weather allowed it. They run like a well-oiled machine! Highly recommend!

Recently we had the coping on our old pool replaced along with the liner. Jimmie Brown and crew were awesome to work with. The crew of Bryan, Alex, Torger and David are a great bunch of guys and were very easy to work with. After their efforts, our 40 year old pool looks brand new. Very happy with the results, and wouldn't hesitate to call on these guys again for any pool maintenance related items.

Josh and his crew with Burton are AMAZING. Work is completed in a timely manner and they are very professional. Communication is great, quality of work is Amazing, team shows up ready to work rain, sleet or snow. They follow up continuously from beginning to end and makes sure you are completely satisfied before moving on to next phase of installation. I would highly recommend Josh and his crew. It was a pleasure working with you.

Burton Pools made our pool building experience seamless. The crews were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about their product. Work was timely and efficient. They keep you informed on the the process and what the next step is. The entire organization from top to bottom care about satisfying the customer. We were well informed on the process and they updated us weekly (sometimes daily) on where we were at, any issues that arose, and what to expect next.

Federico, with Burton Pools, did a phenomenal job putting in our pool. He worked from dawn to dusk, even staying until 2am one night to make sure the concrete for our pool deck was perfect. He is so professional and personable. I enjoyed having him and his crew. He made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the day, and kept me informed with the schedule and process.

After getting started, we had to make a few changes, as well as adjusting our retaining wall and stairs. He did a great job building them. He made it look even better than our original plan. Federico went above and beyond my expectations. It was a real pleasure working with him. Whitlee and Jay were also just as great to work with. They are very personable, quickly answered all of my questions, and were very helpful during the whole process. I highly recommend Burton Pools for anyone who is considering putting in a pool. They get a 10/10 in my book.

Recently retired in Poteau had an old above ground pool that needs some serious attention. Out of all the contractors that we've had in the last eight months remodeling our house Burton pools employee Chance Was the only person that did their job professionally the final product looks great and Burton pools Was the only truly professionals working on our house.

Everyone else final product had some deviation of what we expected. Bourbon pools did exactly what they said they would do exactly how they said they would do it. Even after I delayed the job for three months due to drainage issues. After these issues were fixed Burton pools completed the job at the original price. I don't know about everyone who works for Burton pools But if they are all like Chance Nothing but good people work at Burton pools. thanks again for a job well done

I recently had a pool leak with a pool built by someone else. Fought it and tried to troubleshoot it for a couple of weeks. Finally called Burton Pools. After several attempts to isolate the leak, David Burton and Jimmie showed up. This is probably a combined 80+ years of pool building and maintenance experience. They thought and talked through it, and solved my problem in about 30 minutes.

Before this, I was on the verge of spending $475 to have a leak detection company show up from Springdale. I would be embarrassed to tell you how reasonable their service call was, and how much money they saved me. I am still floored by how I was treated in this process. You don't normally see the kind of service that I just saw. Really incredible.

They also built a pool for me at a previous home I owned. Everything with the construction went exactly as they said it would. The price was right in range with what they told me it would be. The finished product exceeded my expectations. This company is a picture of integrity, fair dealing, and honesty. I would not ever consider spending a dollar on my pool with anyone else. Although I do write reviews across the board, I'd decided to let this nightmare go. UNTIL the jerk that came to pick up materials at our home today had the audacity to tell my husband, "Y'ALL REALLY DIDN'T WANT A POOL, DID YOU?" THAT got my dander up, so I've decided to do this review as bad as it is. No. 1. A MESSAGE TO JODY: Jody, you need to become a politician. Salesmen & Politicians have a big thing in common.

They lie through their teeth. For every issue that arose before the crew came out here to start, including the time frame one, I reminded you of things you'd told us; your response was either that we misunderstood you, we didn't understand you, or you wouldn't have said that. Well, we KNOW what you told us on that sales call. But this is the kicker, JODY.

After we cancelled the build, you called & I spoke with you. I never ONCE mentioned the down payment we had made to you. I fully understood that the contract stated that it was non-refundable, so that was a no-brainer. YOU brought up the down payment. Something you didn't need to do. But because you did, you then proceeded to lie & lie & lie again about the "reasons" you couldn't refund the down payment. TOTALLY UNNECESSARY, JODY! Wanna know how I know you lied?

Because when Josh was here the day before the build was to start, I asked him how the build goes. He told us that the initial dig was for the shallower parts of the pool. Once that was done, he'd get a measurement of the pool, get the liner & cover ordered & it would be 3-4 weeks for those to come in. In the meantime, the deeper parts would be dug.

You clearly weren't aware of his & our conversation because in yours & my phone call, you stated to me in so many words, the following: "can't refund the deposit because I've already ordered the liner and cover." YOU HADN'T! WE HADN'T EVEN BEGUN THE DIG YET! Then you had to embellish your story, Jody; "because y'all changed y'alls mind about the size of the pool, I had to pay out of my personal pocket for the first liner & cover I had ordered.

So I lost personal funds". WOW, JODY! WHAT A PATHETIC LIAR YOU ARE! You never ordered the first liner either! Further, remember what you told us on that initial sales call? "As things progress, y'all are gonna change y'alls mind about a lot of things". It wasn't even two weeks after your initial call out here that we phoned to ask you if it were possible to change the size & location of the pool!

You told us that was no problem! HOW CAN ANYONE TRUST ANYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF YOUR MOUTH? OH, LET ME ANSWER THAT. THEY CAN'T! Remain our friend? No thanks. We don't need a friend like you, Jody. MY NO. 2 MESSAGE IS TO THAT A--HOLE THAT CONFRONTED MY HUSBAND THIS MORNING. Listen, you moron! Did you not see the WORK that my husband has done to move our irrigation to go around the pool? Did you not see the ginormous hole on the side of the house where my husband dug it out to open up the irrigation system to hook the pool up to? Did you not see the two large sections of fencing my husband took out to allow your equipment to pass through? Oh, we just ENJOY all of that extra work, tearing up our yard, & opening our fence for fun!

And now we've got to go back & repair everything. Had nothing to do with "wanting" a pool & trying to get everything set up for it. Bottom line is that the reason we cancelled the build is because Jody DID tell us that a large trackhoe would be coming up our driveway, but it would have rubber tracks. He lied. Our drive is way too long & decorative to allow an iron track trackhoe come in & destroy it. Jody could have cared less if our driveway was destroyed.

Not his & he ain't gotta pay for it. To both Jody AND this other jerk. We DID attempt an alternative route. The grass side of our house. However, as we told Josh, we would have to get permission from our neighbor to encroach on his property AND to cut back his cherry tree. We DID talk to him & he graciously gave us permission to do so as long as we repaired the mess on his property when all was done. BUT when we went out there to flag our sprinkler heads & our property line, we realized that your heavy tandum dump truck filled with wet mud & your trackhoe were going to be crossing over Water, Sewage, AND Gas lines.

Since the little forklift sunk 3-4 inches in our rain sogged ground when you delivered materials (AFTER WE TOLD JOSH TO GIVE THE WEEKEND TO THINK THINGS OVER & BEFORE EVEN 15 MINUTES PASSED MATERIALS WERE DELIVERED), we were HIGHLY concerned about this heavy equipment crossing those utility lines & sinking down FEET into the ground chancing breakage of those lines that WE would be responsible for! SO DOES OUR CHANGE OF MINDS ABOUT BUILDING A POOL SEEM UNREASONABLE?

If is does, tough. It is OUR property, OUR concern, & quite frankly, for a business that has been operating for 30 years, you should, by now have heavy equip. mats AND smaller backhoes. THAT would have saved this build.

TOP notch service. I will be completely honest/transparent, we had some issues with our pool that we had installed back in 2016. I will tell you David Burton at the time did everything is his power and went above and beyond to get everything fixed.that being said we ran into a liner issue this summer (no fault of Burtons) and they jumped right on the issue again!.JIMMY BROWN. you are seriously the most fabulous human ever! Jimmy came out and looked at the issue and immediately got on it!

It is so hard to find good customer service now days and I will tell you Jimmy exceeded my expectations.he did EVERYTHING he said he was going to do and would even follow up after the fact to make sure what was supposed to happen, happened! It was so refreshing! Mr. Burton you have a top notch employee when it comes to Jimmy.we are so thankful for him.we will continue to use Burton for maintenance and future projects of ours because of people like Jimmy.

So thank you Burton Pools, Mr. Burton, and especially Jimmy Brown! Jimmy even still checks on us from time to time and that goes a long way.he made our experience amazing! Burton pools and Spas is a wonderful business. They are incredibly professional, experienced and knowledgeable. They have serviced our pool for many years and have always been so patient with any questions we have. We recommend them to everyone for their pool or spa needs!

I promised my parents (not tech savvy) I'd write a review this place deserved. AWESOME! They never have to worry about their pool because the staff is always so friendly and willing to help. Excellent customer service! My pool is something I never have to worry about thanks to the folks at Burton Pools and Spa's Fort Smith!

We had our pool put in over the winter and we are excited about swimming in it this spring. They are finishing up the opening of the pool for swimming and giving instructions on how everything works. They have been easy to work with and when there's been a concern they were quick to address the issues and take care of it. You don't want me to write a review. My spa has been down for a month. I swim in my spa regularly but not when the water won't stay in it. I had two leaks which I was told could be fixed but you didn't have access to the parts. I gave you the phone number to call to get parts. two weeks later, I'm told you can't get parts.

I call the place and order parts on Thurs., following Mon. I have the parts. You wait until the following Tues. to come and supposedly fix it and Thurs. when I start to fill it, it is leaking worse than it was to begin with. I am sitting here two weeks later still waiting for someone to show up and fix it. You want money but bad performance
