Pool motor capacitor failed and Bob's said they had them in stock. Went to the Pearl store and bought one for $59.99 plus tax. Decided to find one on online for a spare, they are available for $6.73 plus tax and shipping. Bob's said they would give me my money back if I returned the part. Unfortunately I had already installed it and it was was running my pool pump.

I asked why they charged so much and I was told they pay their supplier $46 for them. I was dumb enough to get ripped of by them but I'm not dumb enough to believe they are so inept that they pay over 6 times what an item sells for. Don't do business with these people, either they are stupid or they think we are.

Only place in town that had what I needed. Staff was very knowledgeable about my situation and very helpful in making sure I got the correct stuff. Thanks

I have been looking for a local pool service for supplies and advice. I had recent transactions with Bob's Pool Service in Ridgeland and Pearl. Staff at both locations were extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.

Bobs came out started up my pool gave all the necessary information I needed to understand my new pool and how to operate it and gave me options. I am a new home owner and new pool owner and the peace of mind I received from Bobs pool service was wonderful. Their prices are reasonable compared to other companies in the area and their attitude of great service far exceeds their competitor in Clinton.

Don't make the mistake of using the other guys like I almost did. Wait for Bobs pool service. There is a reason they are so in demand it is because they are honest and very good at what they do.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! Even though they didn't have what we needed they pointed us in the right direction. Great customer service!

Unethical business practices. They don't tell you how much they are going to charge upfront, they sent me a invoice for over $400. They took 75 days to service my pool. They didn't not complete service the pool but still charged fully and failed to fix other issues discussed. They left behind empty chemical containers, cigarette butts and trash like soda bottles.

I ended up having to get another pool place to finish serving my pool which was another $200. I sent them a long letter explaining my disappointment and a check for $200 which was half of the original invoice. Today they sent me a invoice for the remaining balance. They did not consider how the negativity effect me the customer. Safe yourself and go to another pool place. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Best company I've ever dealt with. well trained service techs. and the people in the store (April and Keith, I believe) are the nicest people to deal with. they always explain everything and spends plenty of time with me. thanks bobs!

We have been disappointed with the lack of communication and the excessive fees. The work was inconsistent and incomplete on most service visits. Tablets were routinely dumped into the strainer basket without filling the pool to the appropriate level for the water to cycle. The cleaning was spotty. Any issues or questions were met with indifference and no follow up.

We have used Bobs for 2 months since we moved into this new house. They don't come on a regular day, they have broken every piece of equipment they touch, and our pool always looks cloudy and dirty. Gotta love sarcastic employees too!

Great pool! Great people! Can't believe we just discovered this gem last summer. The membership is WAY cheaper this year, so we'll be going back over and over this year. Lots of cool free parties too.

I hired Bob's Pool Service to take care of my pool while I worked out of town. I was coming back in for my 40th Birthday and asked specifically the pool be clean. It was not. I called serveral times and tried to speak with Jim Atkinson, the owner. He never returned my calls. I was turned over to a collection service for non payment. I went through a lot of grief to try to get Jim Atkinson to do the right thing. he NEVER DID THE RIGHT THING. Don't trust Bob's Pools Service or Jim Atkinson!
