Combined Pool & Spa

We bought a hot tub from Troy at Combined Pool & Spa and we couldn't be happier! Anytime we've gone in or called him, he's been extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. We did have a miscommunication with our delivery time, but the staff was very apologetic and resolved the issue quickly. We even attended Spa School with Payton and she was also very knowledgeable in answering any questions. Well done Combined Pool for hiring and training such a great staff!

We bought a Caldera Spa over 2 years ago and Billy was our Sales Rep. The experience was great and he was more than helpful. Anytime that we stop in the store for supplies or questions, he always knows us by name and is more than courteous with his time, service and explanation on any needs we may have. Highly recommend Combined Pool & Spa and Billy!

I absolutely love the girls at combined Kayla and Payton are fantastic. They have been really really helpful when it comes to me and my first time pool. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you ladies so much.

We ordered & paid for a new hot tub cover in Oct 2021, was told it could take 6 months. After 6 months I called to check if they had eta as we had large party planned for Memorial Weekend, at this time I was told we would have it by 2nd week in May. I also paid for install and delivery on this call. The 3rd week in May I reached out again and the salesman forwarded my question to the warehouse, I didn't get a response until I called again.they had it but would be at least 3 weeks to get it delivered.

We ended up picking it up ourselves and I had to request the refund of delivery and install. I am beyond disappointed in the service we received. The sale is the only thing that matters, no follow through.

We were told the sauna we bought they had in stock. We set up a time to go and pick it up from the store. Then we got a call saying that only the floor model was left. Typically, when you get the floor model you get a discount because it has already been used by unsupervised customers, scratches and sometimes dents. Then we were told that they would come set it up for us since it only took 10 minutes.

When it was dropped off I was told if I wanted it set up it cost $300 or so. Then they said we would get a gift for our trouble. Still waiting on this gift basket and it's been a month now. I would have really like some money taken off my bill since it was floor model and especially all the hassle we have had. We were also missing a black connector peice and was told to send a picture because they probably have one we can just have.

We did and then got a call telling us to go buy it at Best Buy. When I did call our sales person about this he did sent it out to us. Billy our sales person has done pretty good however on helping us. I will try to remember to update on how long it takes to get this gift basket.

Jeff Carlson and Tom Junck have been great to work with over the years. The team at Combined is always friendly and knowledgeable. I have worked with Combined on 20+ pool projects and the customers are always very happy with the final product!

Combined Pool and Spa always does an amazing job with both sales and service. Jeff Carlson is second to none when it comes to pool and spa sales. He is the ultimate professional and truly cares about his customers. Allen Stauffer in service has been great to work with on service questions, and Matt DeBerg is incredible as well. Couldn't ask for a better team. Don't bother looking elsewhere. You won't find pool and spa professionals like this group anywhere else in town.

The staff at this place is amazing. From the first time we visited until a month after delivery they took care of us. All emails were timely, calls and conversations were always pleasant. We had a great experience with Combined Pool and Spa. Their sales staff found us the right hot tub in our budget, the hot tub was delivered on schedule, and they even helped us find an electrician who worked with our hired landscaper to complete the project in time for Christmas. After we received the spa, we were walked through the process on the start up and maintenance.

We purchased a hot tub from combined pool and spa this year. Billy, our salesperson, was amazing throughout the process. He continues to take care of us, answer questions, and support us as we learn and enjoy our new purchase. We have had amazing customer service! We would recommend them to everyone!

I'm not sure where the reviews came from below. We purchased out hot tub 2 years ago or so and were never contacted on if we like it or anyone being helpful ongoing? We have been disappointed with the sales staff when we go in for chemical. Glad some have had great experiences.

We have had our Hot Tub for just about a year and we are very lucky to have had Billy as our Sells Rep because he is still helping make sure we are doing well and that we are seti up for success. He is extremely knowledgeable and has always been able to help me with my pool chemistry questions. You can tell he has been in the business for some time and his answers are always spot on and have always helped.

The Team at Combined Pool & Spa are by far the best in the Midwest! From their sales team, install team and service team they are knowledgeable and respectful of not only your time, but your investment. I would recommend CP&S to anyone looking for a pool, spa, pool tables or furniture!
