Excellent experience. Let a voicemail after hours and was contacted early the next morning. A tech was scheduled for the following day even in the midst of what must be peak summer season. Josh was an excellent tech. Took time to explain his findings and what hunches he had. Took every minor detail I was able to provide and investigated fully. In ~1.5 hours, we had a pool that was no longer leaking water, and it was a major leak. Will absolutely use again in the future.

Awesome company & so fast. We had 2 separate leaks fixed by them & Teresa diagnosed a bad valve correctly. She did say she was NOT a pool expert, but she got it right! Leak Wizard out of St Pete, FL identified & fixed a leak in a pool fountain after months & months of Holiday Pools trying to find it. We still had a small leak that no one could find.
Each tech from our pool company had different thoughts. We waited about 3-4 mos & asked them please to get Leak Wizard. Micky & Teresa were awesome. Hot tub was dry, so I called them directly. Teresa said from what I was describing, it sounded like a broke valve & not a leak. I was able to get a tech from Holiday Pools here & Teresa was correct! She did not want us to pay for a nonleak issue. They are SO professional & courteous. Micky & Teresa are ALWAYS so friendly & get a GOLD medal for great customer service.

Timely, Knowledgeable, Responsible and Affordable are just a few adjectives to summarize their attributes as a company. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and care with which they took on the job. Austin (from Iowa) - our designated technician, was a very pleasing young man who went above and beyond to take care of our pool's issue. Give this man a raise! In conclusion: We wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I called Leak Wizard on a Wednesday, Josh was at my house on Friday doing the leak detection and one repair on Friday. He returned the following Friday to complete the repair under the slab. He did a great job and left the job site cleaner than he found it! He kept me informed through out the whole process. The office staff really does a great job with their customer service.
They explained the process of the repairs in detail. I never had questions! They kept me informed through the complete process. This is the leak detection company that I'll refer and use again if needed!

This is a terrible company. It charged me $2150 but failed to fix the leak in my spa. The whole experience was awful. They are dishonest. They first sent someone and charged me $275 and did a little patch, but didn't fix the problem. Then I called them again. They then said it needed $1875 to fix. I paid again. But they still didn't fix it. They said they can not do it further and asked me to look for another company but will not refund me. This company is the worst I ever experienced.

We hired Leak Wizard to do pool inspection after we went into contract to buy a house. On the phone, while collecting payment, Teresa was very pleasant and explained to us that they don't do deck repairs, they will look for leaks and inspect the pool. After the inspection we were told "there are no leaks". We asked for report of pool inspection and we were told there was no report. Teresa was short during this call. 2 weeks after the pool inspection, and after our 10 day inspection periods as over, we were at the property and noticed significant loss of water.
We contacted our realtor who then scheduled Leak Wizard for re-inspection and Jeff did find a leak in PVC pipe after pressure testing. He also told us that there was a leak from the solar panel but it wasn't causing this significant water loss. This was new to us and not mentioned in their initial "report". Jeff quoted the repair at $1,500 and suggested we ask the sellers to cover this.
This is way passed the 10 day inspection period but our agent asked sellers agent for repair, which they refused. At this point we could walk away an lose earnest money so we called the office and asked Theresa if Leak Wizard would help us with the repair since they missed leak during first inspection. Theresa said "no" and was very rude telling us that she could try to explain to us why they did not find it the first time by it would be a "pointless conversation" without asking what we know about plumbing.
After telling her that her remarks sounded offensive, she become more rude and said she would not continue conversation. We had to have the "$1,500 leak" fixed in our own or walk away from contract losing our earnest money. Overall the experience with Jeff during the follow up visit was good but we feel the first inspection was not done thoroughly and the office manager's altitude on the phone after initial conversation is substandard.

I had recently redone my pool. The pool company created a leak and tried and claimed to have fixed it. They did not! I called Leak Wizard and they sent their technician Jeff Camp to look at pool and hopefully repair the leak. Jeff worked around the pool, and after meticulous work, found the leak. He plugged the leak. Then he went about looking to see if we had other leaks or any damaged pipes.
He went above and beyond the job to make me a satisfied customer. He was so very confident, knowledgeable and friendly. I TRUST Jeff and Leak Wizard! Thank you for a job well done!

I am the Operations Manager at Helicon Foundation Repair. I am ALWAYS amazed with my interactions with Leak Wizard. From the outstanding and accommodating customer service (Theresa) we receive, to the service call itself and finally to invoicing, our experience is 5-star EVERY time. They are honest, reliable and extremely affordable.

I had a leak somewhere in my pool and was losing 3-4" of water a week. Jeff came out and inspected my pool and said he was pretty sure the leak was under my concrete pool deck. He quoted me $1800 to break it open, repair it and fix the concrete. He said he'd pinpoint exactly where to break open the concrete when he returned to keep it minimally invasive.
This is where it gets good: when he came back to do the job, instead of just jumping right in and busting open my deck, he'd brought some better equipment and checked the spot again. He discovered it was not under the concrete, it was a jet fitting inside the spa that he'd admittedly missed. So now instead of $1800, I had to pay $0! That type of leak fix is included in the detection fee I'd already paid!
These people could have come out and busted open my concrete deck, told me I needed to replace all the jets, this or that and I'd have had to believe them. They're the experts after all. But Jeff and Austin, instead came out said, "Good news! I made a mistake", fixed the relatively minor problem, and didn't charge me an extra cent. That kind of honesty will get my business every single time and I'll recommend them to anyone who needs help with their pool.

We had a leak in our spa pipes. Leak wizard did the repair. Their technicians Josh & Jeff were great. The pipe that was leaking was under our garden shed. Josh had to cut a small piece of the floor out but put everything back the way it was. In addition to that he replaced our broken skimmer and repaired the concrete deck. Jeff removed an obstruction from one of the pipes in the pool spa. We were very happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend this company. Mickie & Teresa in the office were very pleasant & helpful with all the scheduling.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. We had a very significant leak that suddenly appeared, losing about a foot of water every day. The first company that came out did not find the leak (which turned out to be under the deck), and weren't too interested in urgently sending someone out for a recheck. We contacted Leak Wizard for a second opinion, just randomly calling companies trying to get someone out quickly. frankly, just trying to find a company that would answer the phone.
Their earliest available appointment was about ten days out, but Jeff came by on his way home anyway, within an hour of our call, and found the leak. So basically this company, which owed us nothing, moved mountains to get someone out in an hour while the other company, which already had our money, wouldn't promise someone for a recheck in less than a week. with a foot-a-day leak. Tip of the cap to Leak Wizard. hopefully no more leaks, but they're our company if we have one.

This is the second time we've called Leak Wizard to repair a pool leak (two different pools). Both times I've been very happy and impressed by their professional service and quick handling of the repair! Sean serviced our pool today and diligently searched for leaks and sealed the tiny crack he found. He was professional, friendly, on-time, and skilled. Highly recommend!

I had the worst experience with leak lizard, charge me $250.00 to come out and find my leak. It took the tech 10 min. And said it was coming from my spa jet. We did some test to confirm it and all test failed that it was not the spa jet. I tried to reach out to leak lizard but no response. Scammed me out of $250, shame on you Leak Lizard

Found my pool leaking and called LEAK WIZARD, Mark came out and found the leak within the first hour. Jeff Riley called to setup my appt for repair and sent out Josh to finalize the problem. Not only did he fix my problem, Josh put on his scuba gear, got in my pool and checked every possible location for any possible leaks. Not only was I impressed with the thoroughness of their service, but the professionalism. You guys are the BEST, Thank you Jeff Clark, Jeff Riley and Josh

I was so lucky to have found Leak wizard. I have a new home and was filling the pool every 2-3 days since it was built. Pool company told me it was "normal" evaporation, which it was NOT. Happened to call Leak Wizard and they found a few leaks months ago. Fast forward months later and I was still having the same major water loss issue in the spa. The team came out, brought out all their equipment, spending all day long on my pool amd eventually found the leak. Thank you Weak Lizard, finally we have some piece of mind. Highly recommend!

This company is a joke! I had them come out twice to fix my leak and the issue was never resolved. What is really messed up is the tech Jeff Camp told me I didn't need a crucial part of my system to vacuum my pool and offered me $20. What the heck if I dont need it then why not right? Unfortunately I'm a naive 1st time home owner and new to pools.
This part he paid me $20 for ended up costing me $100 and is a must have for my pool setup. The 2nd time he came out I mentioned it and it just happened to not be on the truck that day. At that point he tries to tell me it's going to be a $1500 fix. I already don't trust this guy or company so when my pool continued to leak why would I have them come out a 3rd time?
All I wanted was the $80 that Jeff owed me for the pertinent part he said I didn't need. I never heard back at all. Fast forward to this week, I have another company come out and properly fix the leak and tells me there is no way $1500 in repairs are needed at all. Naturally like any consumer I call leak Wizard requesting a refund of my monies because the leak was never fixed and continued dropping. An hour later I get a call from Jeff calling me, the customer a con artist and a scammer!
I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I work in hospitality for a multi billion dollar corporation and this is not how people should be treated by any company. Watch out for Jeff and this scamming business that will just take your money then call and you you a conning scammer. I'll also be reporting this to the BBC of west florida, homeadvisor and Angies list.

I knew I had a problem for months, but just kept adding water. Yup, that's what you do, it's really going to fix the problem. NOT. After a phone call & Michael explain a few thing to me, I got enterprising & tackled a few of his suggestions. To my amazement & delight, the first & easiest solution he offered worked! How great to actually get advise on the phone with a smile.
Trust me, if I have any further problems, this will be my first call! After giving me friendly advice on the phone, instead of insisting on coming out, if I need any further services, I will be happy to call & get a consultation. Props to finding a good, honest company to help with a major Florida household problem. What's a girl to do? When you find an honest service company, refer them to everyone you know & never loose their number.

My experience with Leak Wizard leads me to believe that this is an excellent company with a very professional, honest, and helpful staff. I worked with Mike who came out twice and went above and beyond to discover the multiple sources of leaks in our pool and effectively repair them for the initially quoted price. I would happily recommend this company to anyone dealing with pool issues.

Bought a house with a pool recently. Have never owned a pool before, so when I discovered it was leaking I had a major panic attack. I was expecting a very long and expensive process to get the leak fixed. I have never been so happy to be wrong. Michael showed up and immediately impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. This guy knows pools!
He found my leak very quickly and educated me on my pool and it's workings. VERY nice young man! A few days later I discovered that the leak was greatly diminished, but still present. One call to the office and Michael was back. He found one leak that was hiding from him on the first visit and had it repaired in no time at all My pool is now completely fixed and working perfectly!
Best $250 I have ever spent. I highly recommend this company.excellent work, great customer service, knowledgeable, professional, honest and reputable describe them to a T. Thank you Leak Wizard!

I Did Not have to Actually Use Leak Wizard but when I Did Call and Explained My Situation to Jeff He was So Patient and Helpful and Talked Me through where My Problem Could be and Explained Everything to Me in Terms I Could Completely Understand. Kudos to the Wonderful Honest Customer Service I was Given. Truth be Told I Never want to have a Leak Situation Again but if I Did. Leak Wizards Would be My Go To Guys! Thanks Jeff and Jeff! I will Highly Recommend You to Everyone! :D

Our leak was a tough one; William worked diligently to eliminate all possibilities and then found the leak in a most unusual place. He worked at the repair like it was his own pool. He explained each step of the process. The cost that was quoted, $250, was exactly what was charged and the courtesy shown was worth far more.

I was in denial for a long time regarding my leak because I was afraid of the repair costs. Once I got over that I called Leak Wizard. The call to set up the appointment was easy and she explained that it was $250 to come out and find the leak. The $250 covers the cost of the repair the majority of the time. If is is something more serious they would quote the repair before any work was completed.
He arrived on time and was able to find the leak fairly quickly. Even though he found the leak he still inspected the entire pool to make sure I didn't have anything else leaking. He was very professional and I was happy the $250 service charge covered my repair. No more leak! No more hose in the pool! I'm just sorry I didn't call sooner.
When speaking with my pool company (Bay Area Pools) I mentioned that I had a leak fixed. They were very happy to hear that I used Leak Wizard. They said they only recommend Leak Wizard because of their quality of work. It was nice to hear that they are endorsed by such a large company.
