Prices are inline with retail stores. They go above and beyond to help find what you need and have a ton of items in stock. 4 start price but 5 start customer service. The only draw back is wait times can be long.

Tied to buy pool basket on line, Could not complete due to anti virus stopping. Called company and got a slew of excuses and was told to use other device. I asked if he could take order, no they did not like doing that. I told him did not like having to work hard to spend my money. His reply was that he was working hard to make his money and he was busy. Hung up and will buy else where. Good luck dude.

All of the people at Midwest are awesome! We are first time pool owners so have many, many questions which they are always able to answer. Love that you can text them questions and they get back to you with answers within minutes.

Went in to ask about our pool pump we bought from them just needed a date.we knew the cashier didn't have info our pool stuff.but the older man came up butted us out of the way and took some people who were spending lots and had the nerve to ask us can I help she's just a cashier. I told him what we asked her and he repeated what I just said.we walked out.so seems to me if your spending alit of money in which we did last year your not important. So our busines is else where now.8 will say this if the pump doesn't work right

Called to ask about ordering a part for my pool. Guy got all huffy and puffy. Screw that I'll spend my money where they want my business

As an operator I do a lot of business with these people they are very very wonderful to work with they get me everything I need to take care of pool's

The best pool store in Springfield. I believe. All the sales people are so Acknowledgeable about everything to do with the pool. So nice, so experience so experienced and so friendly and so friendly. They say hello to they say hello to you when you come through the door not too many people not too many places do that anymore except for my except for my bank. I like them the best of all and I don't go anywhere else anymore

My family has shopped this particular store for at least 30 years. We have had some wonderful experiences purchasing many products from this business, including pools. I have found that over fifty-percent of the staff are genuinely kind and considerate. However, it surprises me still that you can go into this business and if you are waited on my the wrong individual, you are treated with disrespect and with a condescending attitude.

This happened today when I went by to have the water checked for our pool. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this place of business; but the first time for a review. The staff seemed stressed and too busy to want to help customers. I understand there are not may choices in our area for pool supplies and water testing; but that is on excuse for such rude behavior.

I would hope that someone would care enough to fix the problem. It's called being kind and considerate. Treating people the way you would want to be treated. I believe that most people are coming to this business because they are not chemists and just need help to make their pool or spa run as efficient as possible. Our family owns our own business and if we treated people like this we would be out of business.

We went there because it's open on Sunday which is great! We gathered up our items, headed to the one checkout place that was available, only one customer in front of us checking out, waited for 20+ freaking minutes. I don't know why the process was so slow. The conversation that was being carried on should have been taken care of in another area away from the register.

In the meantime, customers who came in to the store after us were helped by associates of the store and checked out but no one seemed to care that we had been standing there waiting forever to purchase our products. The customer service here stinks.

Internet order Quick response to questions. Very thorough in those responses Prices were good Shipment was quick (received next day). Would certainly do business again.
