I needed a replacement filter for my Hot Tub and Kyle took the time out of his busy schedule to research and order the correct filter. He followed up the next day with a call letting me know when the filter would be delivered. Great service Kyle.

I heartily endorse this business. the help (and education) I've gotten from Kyle and Brendon has been great. I actually bought my hot tub elsewhere, fairly recently, but tried out High Country Pools & Spas for some water analysis and to get some supplies. I've been in 4 times now, and each time, the guys are knowledgeable, helpful, patient and willing to educate me on getting the best results from the products I buy and the maintenance on my tub.

I've seen a couple of the "Zingers" on the reviews, and it makes me wonder if it's the same company we're talking about, or individuals, for that matter. I'll be coming back and sharing my experience with others, hopefully steering more customers their way. These guys are great! EVERY person that works here is extremely knowledgeable and very polite. If you have water needs or questions they have solutions and answers!

I needed a new pool heater for our inground pool - quickly. Kyle, at High Country, not only got me a good heater at a good price; but, he sent me an experienced installer within a day. Kyle also arranged to have the old heater removed for free! I recommend High Country Pool & Spa for all your pool and spa needs. They're always there for you!

Super helpful and friendly staff. They had the pool liner repair kit and leak indicating dye that I needed. Overall great experience today!

Major disappointment. I came in for some parts to connect a hose for a waterslide to a pool return about 4 feet away. Not only was the guy confused about what I was trying to accomplish, and couldn't supply the connectors, he suggested that I buy 50' length of hose for $78 "to get started". Went to Home Depot and solved the problem myself
